Claims (12)
- エアモータと該エアモータの前端側に回転可能に設けられた回転霧化頭とからなり、該回転霧化頭に供給された塗料を被塗物に噴霧する塗料噴霧手段と、
絶縁材料によって形成され前記エアモータを収容すると共に該塗料噴霧手段を保持するハウジング部材と、
絶縁材料によって形成され該ハウジング部材の外表面を覆って筒状に設けられたカバー部材と、
前記塗料噴霧手段から噴霧された塗料粒子を高電圧に帯電させ帯電塗料粒子を被塗物に塗着させる高電圧印加手段とからなる静電塗装装置において、
前記ハウジング部材とカバー部材との間には、これらのハウジング部材とカバー部材とが互いに対面する部位に2つの絶縁材料によって画成された横断面が環状の環状空間を設け、
該環状空間は、前記ハウジング部材とカバー部材とが互いに対面する部位を全面に亘って取囲む構成とし、
前記カバー部材は、絶縁性を有する2枚の絶縁フィルムの間に半導電性を有する半導電フィルムを挟んだ積層フィルム部材を用いて形成したことを特徴とする静電塗装装置。 - 前記ハウジング部材は、前側で前記塗料噴霧手段を保持すると共に後側で当該ハウジング部材を支持するアームに取付けられる柱状体によって構成し、
前記カバー部材は、前記ハウジング部材から前記アームに向けて延伸し該アームを一緒に覆う構成としてなる請求項1に記載の静電塗装装置。 - エアモータと該エアモータの前端側に回転可能に設けられた回転霧化頭とからなり、該回転霧化頭に供給された塗料を被塗物に噴霧する塗料噴霧手段と、
絶縁材料によって形成され前記エアモータを収容すると共に該塗料噴霧手段を保持するハウジング部材と、
絶縁材料によって形成され該ハウジング部材の外表面を覆って筒状に設けられたカバー部材と、
前記塗料噴霧手段から噴霧された塗料粒子を高電圧に帯電させ帯電塗料粒子を被塗物に塗着させる高電圧印加手段とからなる静電塗装装置において、
前記ハウジング部材は、前側で前記塗料噴霧手段を保持すると共に後側で当該ハウジング部材を支持するアームに取付けられる柱状体によって構成し、
前記ハウジング部材とカバー部材との間には、これらのハウジング部材とカバー部材とが互いに対面する部位に2つの絶縁材料によって画成された横断面が環状の環状空間を設け、
該環状空間は、前記ハウジング部材とカバー部材とが互いに対面する部位を全面に亘って取囲む構成とし、
前記カバー部材は、前記ハウジング部材から前記アームに向けて延伸し該アームを一緒に覆う構成としたことを特徴とする静電塗装装置。 - エアモータと該エアモータの前端側に回転可能に設けられた回転霧化頭とからなり、該回転霧化頭に供給された塗料を被塗物に噴霧する塗料噴霧手段と、
絶縁材料によって形成され前記エアモータを収容すると共に該塗料噴霧手段を保持するハウジング部材と、
絶縁材料によって形成され該ハウジング部材の外表面を覆って筒状に設けられたカバー部材と、
前記塗料噴霧手段から噴霧された塗料粒子を高電圧に帯電させ帯電塗料粒子を被塗物に塗着させる高電圧印加手段とからなる静電塗装装置において、
前記ハウジング部材は、前側で塗料噴霧手段を保持する胴部と、該胴部から分岐して当該ハウジング部材を支持するアームに取付けられるネック部とによって構成し、
前記カバー部材は、前記ハウジング部材の胴部を覆う胴部側カバーと、前記ハウジング部材のネック部を覆うネック部側カバーとによって構成し、
前記ハウジング部材とカバー部材との間には、これらのハウジング部材とカバー部材とが互いに対面する部位に2つの絶縁材料によって画成された横断面が環状の環状空間を設け、
該環状空間は、前記ハウジング部材とカバー部材とが互いに対面する部位を全面に亘って取囲む構成としたことを特徴とする静電塗装装置。 - 前記胴部側カバーおよびネック部側カバーは、フッ素系の樹脂材料からなるフッ素系樹脂フィルム部材またはポリエチレン樹脂からなるポリエチレン樹脂フィルム部材を用いて形成してなる請求項4に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記胴部側カバーおよびネック部側カバーは、絶縁性を有する2枚の絶縁フィルムの間に半導電性を有する半導電フィルムを挟んだ積層フィルム部材を用いて形成してなる請求項4に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記胴部側カバーは、フッ素系の樹脂材料からなるフッ素系樹脂フィルム部材またはポリエチレン樹脂からなるポリエチレン樹脂フィルム部材を用いて形成し、
前記ネック部側カバーは、絶縁性を有する2枚の絶縁フィルムの間に半導電性を有する半導電フィルムを挟んだ積層フィルム部材を用いて形成してなる請求項4に記載の静電塗装装置。 - 前記ネック部側カバーは、前記ハウジング部材のネック部から前記アームに向けて延伸し該アームを一緒に覆う構成としてなる請求項4,5,6または7に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記カバー部材の外周側には、前記帯電塗料粒子と同極性の高電圧を放電する高電圧放電電極を設けてなる請求項1,3または4に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記高電圧放電電極は、前記ハウジング部材側からカバー部材の外周側に向けて延びる支持腕部と、該支持腕部の先端に設けられ前記塗料噴霧手段の周囲に位置してカバー部材を取り囲むリング部と、該リング部から前記被塗物とは逆方向に向けて延びる針状またはブレード状の電極部とによって構成してなる請求項9に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記高電圧印加手段は、前記回転霧化頭に高電圧を印加し、回転霧化頭に供給された塗料に直接的に高電圧を印加する構成としてなる請求項1,3または4に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記高電圧印加手段は、前記カバー部材の外側に位置する外部電極に高電圧を印加し、前記回転霧化頭から噴霧される塗料粒子に間接的に高電圧を帯電される構成としてなる請求項1,3または4に記載の静電塗装装置。
