Description
図1は、この発明の第1実施の形態として、真空断熱材の構成を模式的に示す断面図である。図1の(A)は、外包材の内部を減圧する前の状態、図1の(B)は、外包材の内部が減圧されている場合の状態を示す図である。
図6は、この発明の第2実施形態として、冷蔵庫の全体を示す側断面図(A)と、冷蔵庫の外装を示す正面図(B)である。
図7は、この発明の第3実施形態として、給湯器の全体を示す側断面図である。
図8は、この発明の第4実施形態として、炊飯器の全体を示す正面斜視図(A)と、背面斜視図(B)と、炊飯器の内部に収容される部材を示す図(C)である。
図9は、この発明の第5実施形態として、洗濯乾燥機の全体を示す斜視図である。
まず、外包材の種類を変えて作製した真空断熱材の熱伝導率を測定し、断熱性能を比較した。外包材の内部の炭化水素ガスの量が増えることによって真空断熱材の断熱性能が低下することを検証するために、外包材の熱溶着部の長さを変化させたときの真空断熱材の断熱性能の変化を測定した。
次に、外包材と芯材の種類を変えて作製した真空断熱材の熱伝導率を測定し、断熱性能を比較した。
湿式抄紙芯材においては、それぞれの不織布は、無機繊維の一例であるガラス繊維と、少量の有機バインダーを用いて、抄紙法によって作製されている。
ガラス繊維の集合体として平均繊維径3.5μmのグラスウールを積層し、熱プレスすることによって所定の密度に成形を行い、ボード状にして芯材を作製した。グラスウール芯材の大きさは、長辺が435mm、短辺が400mm、厚みが8mmであった。
(2)炭化水素ガス吸着材Aとして、アルミナと過マンガン酸カリウムを主要成分とするPurafil Select(株式会社ジェイエムエス製)、2.5g
(3)炭化水素ガス吸着材Bとして、サエスゲッター(Saes getters社製 SG-CONBO3)、10g。炭化水素ガス吸着材Bは、酸化カルシウム(50〜100%)、酸化コバルト(10〜25%)、バリウム(2.5%以下)、リチウム(2.5%以下)を含む。
Claims (4)
- 外包材と、
前記外包材の内部に収容される芯材とを備え、
前記芯材は、複数の不織布を積層することにより構成された真空断熱材用芯材であって、
前記不織布は、連続フィラメント法によって製造された、平均繊維径が3μm以上15μm以下、平均繊維長が3mm以上15mm以下であって真直度が極めて高く、かつ、ほぼ円形の断面を有している複数の無機繊維を少なくとも含み、
前記不織布において、前記不織布内で積層される2層の無機繊維層では、上層を形成する大半の複数の無機繊維と下層を形成する大半の複数の無機繊維とが、前記不織布の表面とほぼ平行な方向に延在し、かつ、互いに密着して平行な方向には整列せず、隣り合う繊維の間では点で接触し、不織布の上層と下層を形成するそれぞれの平面内でランダムな方向を向いて分散するように配列し、
前記外包材は、外包材同士が互いに接触して熱溶着される熱溶着部を有し、
前記熱溶着部は、熱溶着されるときに炭化水素ガスを発生させにくい材質によって形成されている、真空断熱材。 - 前記熱溶着部は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンによって形成されている、
請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記無機繊維はガラス繊維である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の真空断熱材。
- 外箱と、
前記外箱の内側に配置される内箱と、
前記外箱と前記内箱との間に配置される真空断熱材とを備え、
前記真空断熱材は、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱材を含む、機器。
