図1から図12は本発明の実施形態1を示したものであり、図1は内視鏡の外観を示す斜視図、図2は挿入部先端部の先端面側を示す要部拡大斜視図、図3は挿入部先端部の先端面の構成を示す正面図、図4は挿入部先端部の内部における鉗子チャンネルと観察光学系とを含む部分を示すA−A断面図、図5は挿入部先端部の内部における照明光学系を含む部分を示すO−B断面図またはO−C断面図、図6は先端部本体にカバーレンズを取り付けた構成を示す断面図、図7は先端部本体にカバーレンズとライトガイドとを取り付けた構成を示す断面図、図8は先端部本体とカバーレンズとにさらに先端部カバー等を取り付けた構成を示す断面図、図9はレンズ支持部材および先端部本体に観察光学系およびCCDを取り付けた状態を示す断面図、図10はレンズ支持部材および先端部本体と観察光学系およびCCDとにさらに先端部カバー等を取り付けた構成を示す断面図、図11はレンズ支持部材および先端部本体に観察光学系およびイメージガイドを取り付けた状態を示す断面図、図12はレンズ支持部材および先端部本体と観察光学系およびイメージガイドとにさらに先端部カバー等を取り付けた構成を示す断面図である。
Claims (5)
- 挿入部の先端部に配設され、硬質な素材により形成された先端部本体と、
前記先端部本体を被覆するためものであって、前記挿入部の先端部に配設され、絶縁性素材により形成された先端部カバーと、
少なくとも一部が内視鏡の外部に露呈するものであり、周面における軸方向の基端側において全周に渡り前記先端部本体に当接可能に対向するとともに、前記周面における軸方向の先端側において前記先端部カバーに当接可能に対向する光学部材と、
を具備し、
前記光学部材は、上記先端部本体に当接可能に対向する前記周面の基端側が金属溶着により該先端部本体に結合され、上記先端部カバーに当接可能に対向する前記周面の先端側が接着により該先端部カバーに結合されたものであることを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記光学部材と前記先端部本体とを結合する金属溶着は、半田付けであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記光学部材は、前記先端部本体と結合される表面に液体の半田の流れを向上させるための金属皮膜が形成され、
前記先端部本体は、前記光学部材と結合される表面に液体の半田の流れを向上させるための金属皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記光学部材の表面に形成された金属皮膜は、0.05〜0.5μm厚のCr金属皮膜と、このCr金属皮膜に積層される0.6〜3μm厚のNi金属皮膜と、このNi金属皮膜に積層される0.1〜1μm厚のAu金属皮膜と、を有して構成されたものであり、
前記先端部本体の表面に形成された金属皮膜は、1〜6μm厚のNi金属皮膜と、このNi金属皮膜に積層される0.06〜0.6μm厚のAu金属皮膜と、を有して構成されたものであること特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡。 - 少なくとも一部が内視鏡の外部に露呈する光学部材の周面の基端側の全周を、半田を用いて、硬質な素材により形成された先端部本体に対して結合し、
先端側から、前記先端部本体を被覆するためものであって、絶縁性素材により形成された先端部カバーを取り付け、
前記先端部カバーを、接着剤を用いて前記先端部本体に対して固定するとともに、接着剤を用いて前記光学部材の前記周面の先端側に対して固定する、
