Description
図1は、本発明のコンデンサ装置が用いられるモータ駆動システムの構成を示した回路図である。このようなモータ駆動システムは、たとえば電気自動車、ハイブリッド自動車および燃料電池自動車などに搭載されるシステムである。
図2は、図1のコンデンサ装置3の平面図である。
Claims (5)
- 第1、第2の電極を有するコンデンサと、
前記コンデンサを収容するケースと、
前記コンデンサと前記ケースの底部との隙間に充填される第1の樹脂部と、
前記第1の樹脂部の上部に充填され、前記第1の樹脂部よりも機械的強度が高い第2の樹脂部とを備え、
前記第1の樹脂部は前記第2の樹脂部よりも高い熱伝導性を有し、
前記第1の樹脂部は、前記第2の樹脂部の樹脂材料に前記樹脂材料よりも熱伝導率の良い粉末材料を配合して形成される、コンデンサ装置。 - 前記ケースは、インバータ装置の筐体に接合され、
前記第2の樹脂部は前記第1の樹脂部よりも前記インバータ装置の筐体側に配置される、請求項1に記載のコンデンサ装置。 - 前記ケースの内表面は、凸凹が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のコンデンサ装置。
- 前記コンデンサは、
前記第1、第2の電極間に並列接続された複数のコンデンサ素子を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサ装置。 - 請求項1,3,4のいずれか1項に記載のコンデンサ装置と、
前記コンデンサ装置の前記ケースに接合される筐体に収容されたインバータ装置とを備え、
前記ケースと前記筐体との接合面は防水処理が施されている、車両。
