Claims (6)
- 廃タイヤの再資源化システムであって、CO2ガスまたはN2ガスがキャリアガスとして循環供給される熱分解反応器を利用して廃タイヤを熱分解する熱分解手段と、前記熱分解反応器によって熱分解された分解残留物を粉砕して、その分解残留物を炭素と鉄鉱物に分離する分解残留物処理手段と、前記熱分解反応器から排出された排ガスを冷却濃縮して、そのガスから重油を回収する油回収手段と、前記分解残留物から分離された炭素の焼却時に生成される高温の排ガスを利用して熱源を前記循環キャリアガスに供給し、蒸気タービンと吸収冷凍機を作動させて、電気と冷水を生成させる炭素処理手段と、前記炭素処理手段から排出された排ガスを清澄して、その清澄ガスを大気中に放出し、前記排ガスからCO2ガスまたはN2ガスの一部を回収する排ガス処理手段と、を含むことを特徴とする廃タイヤの再資源化システム。
- 請求項1に記載の廃タイヤ再資源化システムであって、前記熱分解手段で使用される熱分解反応器には、前記廃タイヤを導入するためにその上部分の一部に形成された導入口と、熱分解によって生成された高温の蒸気を循環させるためにその上部分の一部に形成された排出口と、その分解残留物を導出するためにその下部分に形成された導出口と、その底部に設けられ、互いにかみ合い回転して前記分解残留物を粉砕する一対のローラーと、が含まれることを特徴とする廃タイヤ再資源化システム。
- 請求項1に記載の廃タイヤ再資源化システムであって、前記分解残留物処理手段には、前記熱分解反応器1によって一次粉砕された残留物を二次粉砕するための粉砕機2と、前記粉砕機2によって粉砕された残留物を炭素と鉄鉱物に分離するためのチェーンコンベア3と、前記チェーンコンベア3によって分離された炭素と鉄鉱物のそれぞれを貯蔵するための炭素貯蔵庫4と鉄鉱物貯蔵庫5と、が含まれることを特徴とする廃タイヤ再資源化システム。
- 請求項1に記載の廃タイヤ再資源化システムであって、前記油回収手段には、前記熱分解反応器1から排出された高温の蒸気を冷却濃縮して、前記蒸気から重油を一次回収するためのコンデンサ6と、前記コンデンサ6によって冷却濃縮された重油を貯蔵するための油タンク7と、前記コンデンサ6によって冷却濃縮され、ミスト状態でCO2またはN2である前記キャリアガス中に分散される重油分を回収し、それを前記油タンクに移動するためのサイクロン8と、曝気方式で前記重油を液化重油と直接接触させて前記重油を回収し、その油を前記油タンク7に移動させるための第3回収タンク9と、が含まれることを特徴とする廃タイヤ再資源化システム。
- 請求項1に記載の廃タイヤ再資源化システムであって、前記炭素処理手段には、炭素自体から生成された熱を利用して、前記炭素貯蔵庫4から供給された炭素を焼却するための炭素焼却炉10と、炭素焼却炉によって生成された高温の排ガスを利用して、前記熱分解反応器から前記油回収手段を通過する際に冷却されるキャリアガスを加熱するための一次熱交換器11と、前記一次熱交換器11を通過する排ガスを加圧蒸気に変換するための二次熱交換器12と、電気と冷水を生成させる前記二次熱交換器12によって生成された前記加圧蒸気によって駆動される蒸気タービン13と吸収冷凍機14と、前記蒸気タービンと前記吸収冷凍機14から前記二次熱交換器12に排出された凝縮水を循環させるための高圧ポンプ15と、が含まれることを特徴とする廃タイヤ再資源化システム。
- 請求項1に記載の廃タイヤ再資源化システムであって、前記排ガス処理手段には、希釈苛性ソーダ溶液を利用して、前記二次熱交換器12から排出された排ガスから硫黄酸化物を除去して、その浄化された排ガスを大気に放出するための浄化塔16と、前記浄化塔16から排出された排ガスの一部を受け入れて、前記キャリアガスとして用いられるその排ガスからCO2ガスまたはN2ガスを分離するキャリアガス分離装置17と、が含まれることを特徴とする廃タイヤ再資源化システム。
