Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射弁、並びに請求項8に記載された、燃料噴射弁を取り付ける方法には、公知のものに比べて、製造及び取付けを迅速かつ安価に行うことができ、しかも燃料噴射弁におけるフィルタエレメントの固定をチップの発生なしに確実に行うことができるという利点がある。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の実施例を説明する。
図1Bは、図1AのIBで示された範囲を拡大して示す図であり、
図2Aは、本発明による燃料噴射弁のためのフィルタエレメントの1実施例を示す図であり、
図2Bは、図2Aに示されたフィルタエレメントを備えた本発明による燃料噴射弁を示す図である。
本発明の良好な理解のためにまず初めに図1には、従来技術による燃料噴射弁1が縦断面図で示されており、この燃料噴射弁1は特に、内燃機関の吸気管(図示せず)に燃料を噴射するのに適している。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関用の燃料噴射装置用の燃料噴射弁(1)であって、マグネットコイル(2)と、該マグネットコイル(2)の内極として働く支持管(8)と、フィルタエレメント(19)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
フィルタエレメント(19)が、燃料噴射弁(1)の支持管(8)の外輪郭(28)に固定されており、支持管(8)の外輪郭(28)が複数の溝(27)を有しており、フィルタエレメント(19)と支持管(8)との間のプレス嵌めが、延長スリーブ(30)の取付けによって達成され、該延長スリーブ(30)が、フィルタエレメント(19)の外径よりも幾分小さな内径を有していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 溝(27)が旋削によって又は形鋼を用いて支持管(8)に形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 支持管(8)が溝(27)の流出側に肩部(29)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- フィルタエレメント(19)が肩部(29)に支持されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。
- フィルタエレメント(19)が、織布材料(24)とガラス繊維プラスチックの包埋成形部(25)とから成るポット形のフィルタ(21)より構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- マグネットコイル(2)と該マグネットコイル(2)の内極として働く支持管(8)とフィルタエレメント(19)とを備えていて、フィルタエレメント(19)が燃料噴射弁(1)の支持管(8)の外輪郭(28)に固定されている、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の燃料噴射弁(1)を取り付ける方法であって、
下記に方法ステップ、すなわち、
ポット形のフィルタ(21)を織布材料(24)から製造し、
フィルタ(21)にガラス繊維プラスチックの包埋成形部(25)を射出成形し、
燃料噴射弁(1)の支持管(8)の外輪郭(28)に複数の溝(27)を設け、
支持管(8)の外輪郭(28)にフィルタエレメント(19)を差し嵌め、
フィルタエレメント(19)の外径よりも幾分小さな内径を有する延長スリーブ(30)を取り付け、
そして延長スリーブ(30)の取付け圧によって、フィルタエレメント(19)のガラス繊維プラスチックの包埋成形部(25)を支持管(8)の外輪郭(28)の複数の溝(27)と圧着固定する
という方法ステップを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁を取り付ける方法。
