Description
Claims (10)
- 燃料分配導管と接続される燃料噴射弁(1)であって、戻しばね(14)によって負荷される可動子(7)と協働する電磁コイル(2)を備えており、前記可動子が、弁ニードル(8)と相俟って軸方向で可動の弁部材を形成しており、弁ニードル(8)に弁閉鎖体(10)が設けられており、該弁閉鎖体が弁座体(11)と相俟ってシール座を形成している形式のものにおいて、
燃料噴射弁(1)の上流側に配置され、燃料噴射弁(1)と前記燃料分配導管とを接続する接続手段としての接続管片(28)又は燃料噴射弁(1)の下流側に配置される弁座支持体(25)又は前記両構成部材(28,25)が、プラスチック部品として製作されており、接続管片(28)が、内部磁極(6)の切欠き内で係止されており、これにより、接続管片(28)と内部磁極(6)との不動の結合が実現され、弁座支持体(25)が、該弁座支持体を取り付けるための弁スリーブ(5)の切欠き(33)に係止されており、これにより、弁座支持体(25)と弁スリーブ(5)との不動の結合が実現されるものであって、前記弁スリーブ(5)は前記内部磁極(6)の燃料噴射弁(1)の下流方向への延長部として前記内部磁極(6)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 - 接続管片(28)がノイズを緩和する熱可塑性樹脂から製作されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プラスチックペレットを使用することによって、燃料噴射弁(1)の色識別が行われる、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 接続管片(28)が、吸気管内での燃料噴射弁(1)の回動防止用に一体に射出成形されたノーズを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座支持体(25)がノイズを緩和する熱可塑性樹脂から製作されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プラスチックペレットを使用することによって、燃料噴射弁(1)の色識別が行われる、請求項5記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座支持体(25)が、吸気管の対応する溝において燃料噴射弁(1)の回動を防止するために一体に射出成形されたノーズ(29)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- フィルタエレメント(17)が接続管片(28)に圧入されており、しかも、フィルタエレメント(17)が接続管片(28)に係止、熱間かしめ締結、かしめ締結又は溶接されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座体(30)が、弁座支持体(25)の流出側の領域(27)の変形部によって位置固定されている、請求項1又は7記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座支持体(25)を取り付けるための弁スリーブ(5)がフランジ(31)を有しており、該フランジに弁座支持体(25)の流入側の領域(26)が固定されており、弁座支持体(25)の環状隆起部(34)が弁スリーブ(5)の切欠き(33)の領域に形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
