Description
前記隔壁をシール部材を介して貫通する回転軸で、前記オイルポンプを前記ディファレンシャルケースに接続し、前記シール部材を、差動装置側からのオイル漏れを阻止する第1シール部材と、トルク配分機構側からのオイル漏れを阻止する第2シール部材とで構成すると共に、それら第1、第2シール部材間を大気に連通させたことを特徴とする車両用駆動力配分装置が提案される。

第3ピニオン15の歯数 Zf=32
第1サンギヤ17の歯数 Za=30
第2サンギヤ18の歯数 Zc=26
第3サンギヤ19の歯数 Ze=28
第3サンギヤ19は右出力軸9Rの外周に嵌合するスリーブ21および右クラッチCRを介してトルク配分機構Aのハウジング20に結合可能であり、右クラッチCRの締結によってキャリヤ部材11の回転数が増速される。またキャリヤ部材11は左クラッチCLを介してハウジング20に結合可能であり、左クラッチCLの締結によってキャリヤ部材11の回転数が減速される。

上述のようにして右後輪WRRの回転数NRが左後輪WRLの回転数NLに対して増速されると、図10に斜線を施した矢印で示したように、旋回内輪である左後輪WRLのトルクの一部を旋回外輪である右後輪WRRに伝達し、車両の左旋回をアシストして旋回性能を高めることができる。

上述のようにして左後輪WRLの回転数NLが右後輪WRRの回転数NRに対して増速されると、図11に斜線を施した矢印で示したように、旋回内輪である右後輪WRRのトルクの一部を旋回外輪である左後輪WRLに伝達することができる。この場合にも、右クラッチCRの締結力を適宜調整してキャリヤ部材11の回転数を増速すれば、その増速に応じて左後輪WRLの回転数NLを右後輪WRRの回転数NRに対して増速し、旋回内輪である右後輪WRRから旋回外輪である左後輪WRLに任意のトルクを伝達し、車両の右旋回をアシストして旋回性能を高めることができる。

Claims (3)
- 駆動源(E)からのトルクが入力される差動装置(D)と、差動装置(D)に入力されたトルクを左右の車輪(WFL,WFR;WRL,WRR)に任意の比率で配分するトルク配分機構(A)と、そのトルク配分機構(A)を作動させる油圧を発生するオイルポンプ(51)とを備えており、
前記オイルポンプ(51)を収納するポンプユニット(45)が、前記差動装置(D)および前記トルク配分機構(A)間を仕切る隔壁(32a)に支持されると共に、該オイルポンプ(51)が、前記差動装置(D)のディファレンシャルケース(36)の回転により駆動される車両用駆動力配分装置であって、
前記隔壁(32a)をシール部材(60,61)を介して貫通する回転軸(54)で、前記オイルポンプ(51)を前記ディファレンシャルケース(36)に接続し、
前記シール部材(60,61)を、差動装置(D)側からのオイル漏れを阻止する第1シール部材(60)と、トルク配分機構(A)側からのオイル漏れを阻止する第2シール部材(61)とで構成すると共に、それら第1、第2シール部材(60,61)間を大気に連通させたことを特徴とする、車両用駆動力配分装置。 - ポンプユニット(45)にトルク配分機構(A)の油圧制御回路を組み込んだことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用駆動力配分装置。
- ポンプユニット(45)を前記隔壁(32a)よりもトルク配分機構(A)側に配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用駆動力配分装置。
