Description
Claims (9)
- a.30℃から100℃の間で測定した熱膨張係数が0.4ppm/℃未満であって、95重量%が、熱処理すること無しに100ミクロンのメッシュサイズのスクリーンを通過するサイズに粉砕された生針状コークスとバインダーピッチとを混合してコークス混合物を形成する工程と、
b.混合後熱処理すること無しに、95重量%が、前記コークス混合物を製粉して150ミクロンのメッシュサイズのスクリーンを通過するサイズに成形粉を形成する工程と、
c.前記成形粉を等方圧成形して生物品を形成する工程と、
d.前記生物品を黒鉛化して、黒鉛精製後処理すること無しに、二方向の熱膨張係数の比で定義された等方性率が1.5以下、灰分含有量300ppm未満、ボロン等量2ppm未満、及び30℃から100℃の温度範囲の熱膨張係数が3ppm/℃から6ppm/℃である黒鉛体を得る工程と、
を含む黒鉛体の製造方法。 - 前記針状コークスが、石油コークスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 針状コークス粉末が、75ミクロンのメッシュサイズのスクリーンを通過した粒子サイズを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記針状コークス粉末の95重量%が、44ミクロンのメッシュサイズのスクリーンを通過した粒子サイズを有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記工程bの成形粉が、100ミクロンのメッシュサイズのスクリーンを通過した平均粒子サイズを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記黒鉛体が、1.5g/ccから1.8g/ccの平均密度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記黒鉛体が、25MPaから40MPaの曲げ強度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記黒鉛体が、85W/mK以上の熱導電率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記黒鉛体が、1.15以下の等方性率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
