Description
Claims (17)
- 外周面が減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を濾過するフィルタ部で構成される円筒形状の濾過部材と、該濾過部材の内方に向かって突出するように当該濾過部材の内面に設けられ且つ当該濾過部材の軸方向に沿って螺旋状に設けられる螺旋板と、前記濾過部材の軸方向両端部側をそれぞれ保持すると共に当該濾過部材を軸中心に回転させる保持駆動部とを有し、軸方向が略水平方向となるように配置された前記濾過部材を前記保持駆動部によって回転させた状態で当該濾過部材の一端部側からその内部に前記減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を導入することにより、前記フィルタ部を通過する当該減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂と前記減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂内に混在し且つ前記濾過部材と共に回転する前記螺旋板によって前記濾過部材の他端部側まで搬送される異物とを連続的に分離することを特徴とする減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記フィルタ部が隔壁によって画成され前記円筒形状の濾過部材の円周方向に沿って設けられる細溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材の軸方向の断面での前記細溝の両側の前記隔壁の内面側の高さの位置が異なり、前記フィルタ部の内面が前記軸方向に凹凸を有する凹凸面となっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記細溝が、螺旋状に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材の内面の一部に、前記軸方向に沿って設けられる凸部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記細溝が前記フィルタ部の内周面側に当該フィルタ部の径方向に形成される内溝と、前記フィルタ部の外周面側に当該フィルタ部の径方向に形成され前記内溝と当該内溝の幅よりも狭い幅で連通する外溝とからなることを特徴とする請求項2〜5の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記フィルタ部が、厚さ方向に貫通して設けられ前記内溝を構成する第1の貫通溝を有する第1のフィルタと、厚さ方向に貫通して設けられて前記外溝を構成する第2の貫通溝を有する第2のフィルタとを有し、前記第1のフィルタと前記第2のフィルタとが、前記第1及び第2の貫通溝が前記軸方向で一致しないように且つ径方向に所定間隔で配置されて前記細溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記第2のフィルタが、前記濾過部材の円周方向に沿って配置された複数の櫛歯状部材からなり、該櫛歯状部材は、前記濾過部材の回転方向先端側の一端部が前記第1のフィルタの外表面に固定されると共に後端側の他端部が自由端となっており該他端部と前記第1のフィルタとの間に所定の空間が確保されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材のフィルタ部よりもメッシュの細かい円筒形状の微細フィルタを有し該微細フィルタの内側に圧送された前記減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を外部に押し出して当該減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を濾過する第2の濾過装置に、前記濾過部材のフィルタ部で濾過された減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記第2の濾過装置が、前記微細フィルタと、この内部に嵌合するスクリュー部材を具備し、前記スクリュー部材が、その先端部を前記微細フィルタの内面に摺接させることによって前記微細フィルタの内面に付着した異物を掻き取るものであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記フィルタ部の外周面に先端部が当接するように配置され、前記フィルタ部によって濾過されて排出される減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を掻き取るスクレイパを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材の外部から当該濾過部材の内部まで延設されて前記減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂が供給される供給パイプをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材の内部に配置された前記供給パイプの少なくとも一部が、その上部に開口を有する樋部となっていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材が、前記一端部側が上方となるように傾斜した状態で前記保持駆動部に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記濾過部材の外周を覆い且つ当該濾過部材とは非接触に設けられて当該濾過部材を加熱する加熱手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記加熱手段が、内部に温水を循環させることにより前記濾過部材を加熱することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
- 前記減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂を、所定温度に加熱すると共に超音波振動が付与された超音波フィルタを通過させることによって流動化させた後に前記濾過部材内に導入することを特徴とする請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載の減容化ゲル状ポリスチレン樹脂の濾過装置。
