Description
尿素1部、C.I. Reactive Red 24 0.02部、炭酸グアニジン25部、プロピレングリコール2部、純水71.98部を混合、2時間攪拌し、東洋濾紙No.5Aにて減圧濾過後、真空脱気処理し、インクジェット用インクA(pH11.8)を得た。
尿素1部、C.I. Reactive Red 24 0.02部、炭酸グアニジン25部、界面活性剤(脂肪族4級アンモニウム塩のエチレンオキサイド付加物、数平均分子量800)2部、純水71.98部を混合、2時間攪拌し、東洋濾紙No.5Aにて減圧濾過後、真空脱気処理し、インクジェット用インクB(pH11.5)を得た。
尿素1部、C.I. Reactive Red 24 0.02部、炭酸グアニジン15部、純水83.98部を混合、2時間攪拌し、東洋濾紙No.5Aにて減圧濾過後、真空脱気処理し、インクジェット用インクC(pH11.6)を得た。
炭酸グアニジン25部、純水75部を混合、2時間攪拌し、東洋濾紙No.5Aにて減圧濾過後、真空脱気処理し、インクジェット用インクD(pH11.8)を得た。
ベンジルアルコール10部、C.I. Reactive Red 24 0.02部、純水90部を混合、2時間攪拌し、東洋濾紙No.5Aにて減圧濾過後、真空脱気処理し、インクジェット用インクE(pH7.5)を得た。
ポリエステル起毛布(繊維太さ1デシテックス)に、カルボキシメチルセルロース(ファインガムHEL−1、第一工業製薬(株)製)を付与量2g/m2になるよう付与して、インク受理層を形成した。このポリエステル起毛布に、実施例1、2、3、4および比較例1で得られたそれぞれのインクA〜Eを、、以下のインクジェット印写条件にて、印写した。
印写装置 : オンデマンド方式シリアル走査型インクジェット印写装置(ピエゾ変換方式)
ノズル径 : 50μm
駆動電圧 : 100V
周波数 : 5kHz
解像度 : 360dpi
付与量 : 20、40、60、80、100g/m2
印写柄 : 付与量毎のマトリックス柄
ついで、印写した布帛を乾燥した後、175℃で10分間湿熱処理した。その後、還元洗浄を行ない、乾燥し、整毛工程を施した。
処理液:苛性ソーダ(顆粒) 3g/L
減量促進剤 2g/L
(マーセリンPES、第4級アンモニウム塩型カチオン界面活性剤、明成化学工業(株)製)
ハイドロサルファイト 2g/L
処理温度:80℃×10分
インク吐出性:1ドットパターンを普通紙に10分間連続印写し目視でドットの乱れ、詰まりを確認した。
○ 10分間、吐出不良は全く無し
△ 詰まりノズルは無いが、吐出不良ノズル有り
× 詰まりノズル有り
○ 残査無し
△ 僅かに残渣有り
× 残渣多い
凹凸鮮明性:目視で確認した。
○ 全ての付与量において、凹部が深く、型際も鮮明な凹凸感が得られる。
△ 付与量20および40g/m2において、凹部がやや浅く、型際の鮮明感も僅かに劣る。
× 全ての付与量において、凹部が浅く、凹凸が不鮮明である。
Claims (9)
- 繊維布帛に使用されるインクジェット用インクであって、
炭酸グアニジンおよび水からなり、
炭酸グアニジンを10〜25重量%含有するインクジェット用インク。 - さらに、尿素を含有する請求項1記載のインクジェット用インク。
- さらに、水溶性色素を含有する請求項1記載のインクジェット用インク。
- 多価アルコール、多価アルコール誘導体、およびエチレンオキサイドが付加された界面活性剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類を含有する請求項1記載のインクジェット用インク。
- 水溶性色素が、反応性染料である請求項3記載のインクジェット用インク。
- 可視光域での最大ピーク波長の光学密度が、2〜30/gである請求項3記載のインクジェット用インク。
- 請求項1記載のインクジェット用インクを、インクジェット方式にて布帛に付与し、立体模様を形成する布帛の立体模様形成方法。
- 布帛が、ポリエステル繊維からなる請求項7記載の布帛の立体模様形成方法。
- 請求項7記載の立体模様形成方法によって得られた立体模様形成布帛。
