Description
本発明は、内部に溶融熱可塑性樹脂を収容する含浸室と、溶融熱可塑性樹脂を上記含浸室内に供給するための樹脂供給経路と、前記含浸室の上流側の入口板に設けられ、連続した強化繊維の繊維束を上記含浸室に連続して供給するための複数個の導入孔と、前記含浸室の下流側の出口板に設けられ、溶融熱可塑性樹脂が含浸された繊維束を外部に引き抜くための複数個の引抜孔と、を有する含浸ダイを備えた長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置において、上記入口板の各導入孔に対しシャッターが入口板の外側に導入孔を個別に開閉可能に設けられていることを特徴とする長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置を提供する。

Claims (5)
- 内部に溶融熱可塑性樹脂を収容する含浸室と、溶融熱可塑性樹脂を上記含浸室内に供給するための樹脂供給経路と、前記含浸室の上流側の入口板に設けられ、連続した強化繊維の繊維束を上記含浸室に連続して供給するための複数個の導入孔と、前記含浸室の下流側の出口板に設けられ、溶融熱可塑性樹脂が含浸された繊維束を外部に引き抜くための複数個の引抜孔と、を有する含浸ダイを備えた長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置において、上記入口板の各導入孔に対しシャッターが入口板の外側に導入孔を個別に開閉可能に設けられていることを特徴とする長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置。
- 前記シャッターが入口板の導入孔の上側に設けられており、該シャッターを導入孔に対し上下方向に可動することによって導入孔を開閉できる請求項1に記載の長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置。
- 前記入口板の導入孔の下側にシャッター受けが設けられており、前記シャッターを該シャッター受けに係合させた状態で上下動させることにより導入孔の開閉が行われる請求項2に記載の長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置。
- 前記シャッターは遊嵌長孔を有する基部と該基部の下方に延在する脚部とからなり、前記遊嵌長孔に通したボルトによって入口板に取り付けられボルトを弛めた状態で上下方向に可動になっており、前記シャッター受けは上端部に設けた凹部に導入孔が位置するように入口板に固定されており、前記凹部にシャッターの脚部を嵌合させて上下動させることにより該脚部で導入孔を開閉する請求項3に記載の長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造装置。
- 含浸ダイの入口板に設けられている複数個の導入孔から連続した強化繊維の繊維束を溶融熱可塑性樹脂が充填されている含浸室に導入し、溶融熱可塑性樹脂中を連続的に通過させて該繊維束に溶融熱可塑性樹脂を含浸し、溶融熱可塑性樹脂が含浸された繊維束を含浸ダイの出口板の引抜孔から引き抜く長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造方法において、前記入口板の各導入孔にシャッターを個別に開閉可能に設け、該シャッターによって導入孔から漏出又は溢出する溶融熱可塑性樹脂を制御することを特徴とする長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂材料の製造方法。
