Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,包括进料辊,张力辊和出料辊,穿过热熔机构设置有纤网,还包括浸润容器;通过在浸润容器中加入熔融的纤维,纤网通过熔融的纤维后,纤维粘附在纤网上,利用纤网具有多孔的特性,通过在浸润容器上设置冷风机和挡板,通过挡板一方面将多余的熔融纤维重新流入浸润容器,另一方面是将熔融纤维压进纤维内,通过冷风机后在纤网内部凝结;通过此机构方便快捷地给半成品进行直接加工,极大提高了生产效率,也降低了生产成本,节约资源降低能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及非织造布生产设备技术领域,具体的说涉及一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构。
背景技术
现有的非织布在生产制造中,往往会存在某种纤维含量不足,或者缺少某种纤维含量,传统的制造工艺需要将半成品纤网重新以成本工序加工制造,以满足需求含量,但是这样会极大降低生产效率,同时还会增加生产成本以及浪费资源。
发明内容
为克服上述的不足,本发明提供了一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构。
一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,包括若干进料辊,两个张力辊和若干出料辊,还包括浸润容器,所述进料辊设置在浸润容器左端,张力辊设置在浸润容器内部上方,出料辊设置在浸润容器右端,所述纤网依次经过进料辊,张力辊和出料辊;所述浸润容器右侧内壁固定连接有第一冷风机,第一冷风机关于纤网对称设有第二冷风机,第一冷风机下方设有第一挡板,第二冷风机下方设有第二挡板,第一冷风机通过第一弹簧与第一挡板固定连接,第二冷风机通过第二弹簧与第二挡板固定连接,第一挡板与第二挡板的头部相互接触,纤网从第一挡板和第二挡板之间穿过。
由本发明的一种优选方案,所述浸润容器底部设有凸口,凸口可拆卸连接有盖帽。
由本发明的一种优选方案,所述浸润容器内壁间设置有电热丝。
由本发明的一种优选方案,所述盖帽底部固定连接有密封圈,密封圈与凸口过盈配合。
由本发明的一种优选方案,所述张力辊位于同一高度。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在浸润容器中加入熔融的纤维,纤网通过熔融的纤维后,纤维粘附在纤网上,利用纤网具有多孔的特性,通过挡板,一方面将多余的熔融纤维重新流入浸润容器,另一方面是将熔融纤维压进纤维内,通过冷风机后在纤网内部凝结;通过此机构方便快捷地给半成品进行直接加工,极大提高了生产效率,也降低了生产成本,节约资源降低能耗。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。

如图1所示的一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,包括若干进料辊1,两个张力辊2和若干出料辊8,还包括浸润容器4,所述进料辊1设置在浸润容器4左端,张力辊2设置在浸润容器4内部上方,出料辊8设置在浸润容器4右端,所述纤网3依次经过进料辊1,张力辊2和出料辊8。
如图2所示,所述浸润容器4右侧内壁固定连接有第一冷风机7,第一冷风机7关于纤网3对称设有第二冷风机9,第一冷风机7下方设有第一挡板12,第二冷风机9下方设有第二挡板11,第一冷风机 7通过第一弹簧13与第一挡板12固定连接,第二冷风机9通过第二弹簧10与第二挡板11固定连接,第一挡板12与第二挡板11的头部相互接触,纤网3从第一挡板12和第二挡板11之间穿过;对称设置第一冷风机7和第二冷风机9是为了使融融的纤维在纤网孔内均匀冷却,同时通过弹簧连接挡板,以便满足不同厚度的纤网3的通过,使产品不局限于单一;挡板头部要相互触碰,是为了使纤网3上多余的熔融纤维重新流入浸润容器4中,方便后道出料辊8正常工作,同时也对进入纤网孔的熔融纤维进行压缩填充,使产品表面平滑。
所述浸润容器4底部设有凸口6,凸口6可拆卸连接有盖帽5;设置凸口6是为了装卸熔融的纤维,用以盖帽5密封。
如图3所示,所述浸润容器4内壁间设置有电热丝15,熔融的纤维要保持熔融状态,就要一直处于加热状态,所以设置电热丝15 是为了防止纤维凝固。
如图4所示,所述盖帽5底部固定连接有密封圈14,密封圈14 与凸口6过盈配合,设置密封圈14使熔融纤维不外漏,起到密封作用,同时过盈配合实现凸口6与盖帽5可拆卸连接。
所述张力辊2位于同一高度;将张力辊2设置在同一高度,若不在同一高度,要保持张力,则要多设置转辊,用以防止纤网3与浸润容器4内壁接触,若纤网3和内壁接触,最底部纤网3受熔融纤维的压力最大,极易导致纤网3的断裂。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,包括若干进料辊(1),两个张力辊(2)和若干出料辊(8),其特征在于:还包括浸润容器(4),所述进料辊(1)设置在浸润容器(4)左端,张力辊(2)设置在浸润容器(4)内部上方,出料辊(8)设置在浸润容器(4)右端,纤网(3)依次经过进料辊(1),张力辊(2)和出料辊(8);所述浸润容器(4)右侧内壁固定连接有第一冷风机(7),第一冷风机(7)关于纤网(3)对称设有第二冷风机(9),第一冷风机(7)下方设有第一挡板(12),第二冷风机(9)下方设有第二挡板(11),第一冷风机(7)通过第一弹簧(13)与第一挡板(12)固定连接,第二冷风机(9)通过第二弹簧(10)与第二挡板(11)固定连接,第一挡板(12)与第二挡板(11)的头部相互接触,纤网(3)从第一挡板(12)和第二挡板(11)之间穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,其特征在于:所述浸润容器(4)底部设有凸口(6),凸口(6)可拆卸连接有盖帽(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,其特征在于:所述浸润容器(4)内壁间设置有电热丝(15)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,其特征在于:所述盖帽(5)底部固定连接有密封圈(14),密封圈(14)与凸口(6)过盈配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于加工纤网的浸润式热熔机构,其特征在于:所述张力辊(2)位于同一高度。
