Claims (3)
- 透明な樹脂フィルム上にアルミナ膜が形成されたガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法であって、
減圧下、酸素ガスと不活性ガスとの混合ガス中で、前記樹脂フィルム上に不完全なアルミナ膜を蒸着する工程と、
前記不完全なアルミナ膜を酸化処理して完全なアルミナ膜とする工程とを有し、
当該混合ガスの圧力が4.3×10 −2 Pa以上1.1×10 −1 Pa以下となるように不活性ガス分圧で制御することを特徴とするガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記混合ガスの導入位置を、前記樹脂フィルム上に前記不完全なアルミナ膜を蒸着させる成膜部近傍とする請求項1に記載のガスバリア性フィルムの製造方法。
- 真空チャンバと、樹脂フィルムを連続的に繰り出す巻出し部と、この巻出し部から繰り出された樹脂フィルムを巻き取る巻取り部と、前記巻出し部と前記巻取り部との間に配置され前記樹脂フィルムを冷却するキャンローラと、前記キャンローラに対向配置され前記樹脂フィルムへアルミニウムを蒸発させる蒸発源とを備えたガスバリア性フィルムの製造装置において、
前記キャンローラの近傍に酸素ガスと不活性ガスとの混合ガスを導入し、前記樹脂フィルム上に不完全なアルミナ膜を形成させる混合ガス供給手段と、
前記混合ガスの圧力が、前記キャンローラの近傍で、4.3×10−2Pa以上1.1×10−1Pa以下となるように前記不活性ガスの導入圧力を制御する圧力調整手段とを備えたことを特徴とするガスバリア性フィルムの製造装置。
