Description

The present invention relates to a chestnut branching method, and more particularly, to a chestnut branching method that performs side branch renewal pruning that is vigorous, has a fruity skin color, is high quality, has almost no occurrence of anthracnose, and can be easily managed.

Conventionally, the chestnut branching method has been performed by a certain method, and no known technique relating to the branching method is found in the investigation of the applicant of the present application. However, the chestnut branching method includes “Patent Document 1”, but this technique is different from the chestnut branching method of the present application described later.

As a conventional chestnut branching method, a method has been adopted in which a chestnut tree is planted in soil, and the branching of the chestnut tree is naturally branched based on pruning such as formation of an irregular trunk. In this conventional pruning method, the chestnut tree becomes a giant tree, and therefore pruning work is carried out so that it does not become a giant tree by pruning for several years after planting. However, since it has become a huge tree after that, it is generally neglected to produce chestnuts naturally. With this conventional method, only relatively small chestnuts are produced, and their sizes vary. In particular, there is a problem that a large amount of anthrax-related diseases occur. Anthracnose is parasitic on old branches and invades the fruits by rainwater. Moreover, since it becomes a huge tree as mentioned above, a large cultivation area is required, and there is a problem that the productivity is inferior and the harvesting operation is not efficient.
A desirable method for pruning the chestnuts is to keep the tree vigorous, the frequency of new shoots is high, the leaves are large, the nutrients are absorbed well, there is no anthracnose, productivity is improved, and harvesting is easy. Therefore, a method that can reduce the soil area is expected.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above circumstances, can maintain the vigor of trees constantly, can ensure the desired number and area of leaves, absorbs nourishing water, and has a certain size. It is an object of the present invention to provide a chestnut branching method that performs side branch renewal pruning that can produce a large amount of fruit and fruit, has an appearance beauty, hardly causes anthracnose, has good productivity, and can be easily managed on a daily basis.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a short-sized seedling is planted in a soil using organic compost, and a plurality of branches that are arranged from the main trunk are divided into a plurality of branches. A branching method for chestnuts in which half of the plurality of branches are separated into a new treetop and the other half is separated into side branches, and fruit is formed on half of the side branches. The fruited branches are cut while leaving one bud in the vicinity of the main trunk at the time of pruning in winter. It is characterized by that.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the plurality of branches are composed of eight branches, and four of the branches are shoots and the remaining four are side branches.

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the trunk planted in the soil has an initial height of 1 m and is cut and formed to have a maximum height of 1.5 m.

According to the chestnut branching method for performing side branch renewal pruning according to claims 1 to 3 of the present invention, a plurality of branches are left from a short main trunk, and a fruit is formed using a half of the plurality of branches as a side branch. The other half is a new tree cut near the main trunk, and the new tree and side branches always maintain the tree vigor by the method of alternately fruiting half by half, and as a result, large leaves can be stored with good moisture absorption. Can provide enough nutrients, and can branch large chestnuts with beautiful quality without anthrax. In addition, since the height of the main trunk is low, management is easy and freshness can always be maintained. In addition, it consists of what uses organic compost also as soil, and can maintain the growth of a main trunk, a new treetop, and a side branch efficiently.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a chestnut branching method for performing side branch update pruning according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

An embodiment of a chestnut branching method for performing side branch update pruning according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 to 6.
First, as shown in step 100 of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a main trunk 1 which is a planted seedling having a certain length (for example, 1 m) is planted in the soil 2. This soil is made of organic compost such as pig dung, for example, 70% in winter and the remaining 30% from spring to summer.

Next, as shown in Step 101 of FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3A and 3B, the tip of the trunk 1 that grows every year is cut by leaving a certain length (for example, 10 cm) (see FIG. 1). 3 (a)), this is performed for several years (for example, five years) to hold the main trunk 1 at a certain length (for example, 1.5 m).

Next, as shown in step 102 of FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, a plurality of (for example, eight) branches 3 are left on the main trunk 1 and the others are cut and removed.

Next, as shown in step 103 of FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, half of the branches 3 shown in FIG. 4 become side branches 3 a to provide fruits 4, and the other half of the branches are near the main trunk 1. It is divided into a new treetop 3b that is cut leaving one sprout. This work is performed during winter pruning.

Next, as shown in step 104 of FIG. 1 and FIG. 6, the side branch 3a provided with the fruit 4 is cut in the vicinity of the main trunk 1 leaving one sprout to become the new tree 3b and the new tree 3b. The branch grows to become a side branch 3a to form a fruit fruit 4.

Next, as shown in step 105 of FIG. 1, the above steps 101 to 104 are repeated.

As described above, the present invention is a branching method in which a plurality of branches are provided on a main trunk, half of which is a treetop 3b and the other half is a side branch 3a to alternately form the fruit 4; In addition, since it is always covered with fresh leaves, it does not cause anthracnose, and fruits that have sufficiently absorbed nutrients can produce large-sized (for example, 30 to 35 g) fruit fruits 4. In addition, the chestnut color becomes a chestnut color and the aesthetic appearance is improved.

The chestnut branching method for performing side branch renewal pruning according to the present invention comprises the above-described method, but the present invention is not limited to this description, and of course the same technical category is applied. .

The present invention is applied to all chestnuts as a chestnut branching method, and can be adopted nationwide, so that the range of use is extremely wide. In addition, the chestnut tree is not a huge tree as in the past, and is sufficiently managed, so that productivity can be improved.
