Description
a)金属ハニカム構造物を形成する工程と、
b)金属ハニカム構造物の少なくとも片側端面を、金属ハニカム構造物より低い融点をし た溶融金属と接触させる工程。
a)つかむための把持手段と、
b)少なくとも貯蔵槽の上側で、把持手段を貯蔵槽内に移動させる移動手段と
を有する金属ハニカム体の製造装置を提案する。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも部分的に流体が貫流できる空洞(16)を備えたハニカム体の製造方法において、
a)薄板(14、15)から金属ハニカム構造物(6)を形成する工程と、
b)金属ハニカム構造物(6)の少なくとも片側端面(22)を、その金属ハニカム構造物(6)よりも低い融点を持つ溶融金属(5)と接触させる工程と、
c)金属ハニカム構造物(6)の薄板(14、15)内への、溶融金属(5)の成分の拡散による、金属ハニカム構造物(6)の薄板(14、15)と溶融金属(5)との合金の形成によって、金属ハニカム構造物(6)の薄板(14、15)が互いに結合している結合部(17)を局所的に強化する工程とを含み、この際、
金属ハニカム構造物(6)および外被管の少なくとも一方を、上記のb)工程として記載した工程前に、空洞(16)の壁への溶融金属(5)の拡散長さを制御すべく加熱する
ことを特徴とするハニカム体の製造方法。 - ハニカム構造物(6)を少なくとも1つの薄板(14、15)の巻回により形成し、その少なくとも1つの薄板(14、15)を、少なくとも部分的に組織化することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造物(6)を、部分的に組織化されおよび部分的に本質的に平らである多数の薄板(14、15)の積層と、その1つ或いは複数の積層体の絡み合わせとにより形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 薄板(14、15)の少なくとも一部が、流体が貫流できる材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の方法。
- b)工程前或いはb)工程後に、ハニカム構造物(6)を外被管に挿入することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造物(6)と外被管とを結合すべく、b)工程後に熱的接合継手を形成することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造物(6)と外被管とを結合すべく、b)工程前に熱的接合継手を形成することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造物(6)および/又は外被管を、b)工程前に、溶融金属(5)の温度に相当する温度に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造物(6)および/又は外被管を、b)工程前に、溶融金属(5)の温度より高い温度に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造物(6)および/又は外被管を、b)工程前に、溶融金属(5)の温度より低い温度に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の方法。
- 溶融金属(5)を、その溶融温度に相当する温度にすることを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくともハニカム構造物(6)と溶融金属(5)との接触を、真空中或いは保護ガス中で実施することを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の方法。
- 溶融金属(5)が少なくともアルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から12の1つに記載の方法。
- 溶融金属(5)がアルミニウムから成ることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 溶融金属(5)がアルミニウム基合金であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜15の1つに記載の方法で製造されたことを特徴とするハニカム体。
