Description
Claims (3)
- 搬送方向の上流側から下流側に向かうように順に配置された第1〜第3の挟持搬送手段を含む、媒体を挟持して搬送する複数の挟持搬送手段により形成されると共に、第1の入り口を介して搬送されて来た媒体を、該第3の挟持搬送手段を介して、第1の出口から外部へ排出するための第1の搬送経路と、
中間転写媒体にトナー画像を形成すると共に該形成されたトナー画像を媒体に転写部により転写するトナー画像形成システムと、
複数の挟持搬送手段により形成されると共に、媒体を前記転写部に搬送するための転写部上流側搬送経路と、
複数の挟持搬送手段により形成されると共に、前記転写部によりトナー画像が転写された媒体を前記第1の挟持搬送手段に搬送するための転写部下流側搬送経路と、
前記第2の挟持搬送手段を通過した媒体の搬送経路を、前記第3の挟持搬送手段に向かう経路か、前記転写部上流側搬送経路に向かう経路か、に切り替える第1の切替手段と、
搬送方向の上流側から下流側に向かうように順に配置された第4〜第6の挟持搬送手段を含む複数の挟持搬送手段により形成されると共に、第2の入り口を介して搬送されて来た媒体を、該第6の挟持搬送手段を介して、第2の入り口から外部へ排出するように搬送する第2の搬送経路と、
前記第1の入り口を介して搬送されて来た媒体の搬送経路を、前記第1の挟持搬送手段に向かう経路と、前記第4の挟持搬送手段に向かう経路と、に切り替える第2に切替手段と、
前記第5の挟持搬送手段を通過した媒体の搬送経路を、前記第6の挟持搬送手段に向かう経路か、第3の挟持搬送経路に向かう経路か、に切り替える第3の切替手段と、
を備えた印刷システム。 - 前記第1の搬送経路における前記第1の挟持搬送手段と前記第2の挟持搬送手段との間の経路部分は、前記第2の搬送経路における前記第4の挟持搬送手段と前記第5の挟持搬送手段との間の経路部分の下方に位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の印刷システム。
- 複数の請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷システムを、前記媒体が各印刷システム内を搬送されるように、備えた連結印刷システムであって、
前記複数の印刷システムの内の最も下流側に位置する印刷システムを最下流側印刷システムとし、
前記複数の印刷システムの内の最も上流側に位置する印刷システムを最上流側印刷システムとすると、
前記複数の印刷システムは、前記最上流側印刷システムから前記最下流側印刷システムに向かって1つずつ隣接するように配置されると共に、上流側の印刷システムの前記第1の出口と前記第2の出口とがそれぞれ、該隣接する下流側の印刷システムの前記第1の入り口と前記第2の入り口とに接続されるように、配置され、
前記最下流側印刷システムの前記第3の挟持搬送手段介して前記外部へ排出された前記媒体を収納する収納部と、
媒体を収納すると共に収納された媒体を前記最上流側印刷システムの前記第1の挟持搬送手段に向けて搬送する収納搬送部と、
前記最下流側印刷システムの前記第3の挟持搬送手段介して前記外部へ排出された前記媒体を、前記最上流側印刷システムの前記第1の挟持搬送手段に向けて搬送する第3の搬送経路と、
前記最下流側印刷システムの前記第3の挟持搬送手段介して前記外部へ排出された前記媒体の搬送経路を、前記収納部に向かう経路か、前記第3の搬送経路か、に切り替える第4の切替手段と、
を備えた連結印刷システム。
