Claims (8)
- 銅系又はアルミニウム系合金からなる軸受合金層の表面に摺動層を備え、
前記摺動層は、
ポリベンゾイミダゾール樹脂を主成分とし、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種からなる組成物に高せん断を加えポリマーアロイ化した樹脂バインダーと、
25〜75質量%の固体潤滑剤と、
を含む構成としたことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記固体潤滑剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、黒鉛、二硫化モリブデンの少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記ポリマーアロイ化した樹脂バインダーは、ポリベンゾイミダゾール樹脂と3質量%以上50質量%未満のポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記ポリマーアロイ化した樹脂バインダーは、少なくとも3〜20質量%のポリアミドイミド樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記ポリマーアロイ化した樹脂バインダーは、少なくとも3〜30質量%のポリアミド樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記ポリマーアロイ化した樹脂バインダーは、少なくとも3〜10質量%のエポキシ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記摺動層は、表面粗さが、Ra0.5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記摺動層は、膜厚が2〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載のすべり軸受。
