Claims (8)
- 冷却装置と排気ガス再循環装置とを備えた内燃機関であり、
シリンダーヘッドと複数のシリンダと複数の冷却液管路とを備えた機械ハウジングを備え、前記機械ハウジングには、少なくとも1つの冷却液流入開口部と少なくとも1つの冷却液流出開口部とが設けられ、
さらに、前記機械ハウジングの冷却液流出開口部に接続された少なくとも1つの第1の冷却液流入開口部(28)と冷却液管路によりラジエーターに接続された冷却液流出開口部(30)とを有する冷却液集合管(20)と、
互いに熱交換接触している排気ガスダクト及び冷却液ダクトと、冷却液流入開口部及び冷却液流出開口部とを有するEGRクーラ(22)と、を備えた内燃機関であって、
前記冷却液集合管(20)が、前記機械ハウジングに直接固定され、
前記EGRクーラ(22)が、前記冷却液集合管(20)に直接固定され、
前記機械ハウジングの前記少なくとも1つの冷却液流出開口部が、前記機械ハウジングと前記冷却液集合管(20)の間の冷却液管路なしに、前記冷却液集合管(20)の前記少なくとも1つの第1の冷却液流入開口部(28)に直接接続され、
前記EGRクーラ(22)の前記冷却液流出開口部が、前記EGRクーラ(22)と前記冷却液集合管(20)の間の冷却液管路なしに、前記冷却液集合管(20)の第2の冷却液流入開口部(32)に直接接続されることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 前記冷却液集合管(20)が、冷却液ポンプに直接接続可能な短絡ダクト開口部(34)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関。
- 前記冷却液集合管(20)が、前記EGRクーラ(22)が直接固定された第1の固定フランジ(36)を備え、
前記冷却液集合管(20)の前記第2の冷却液流入開口部(32)が、前記第1の固定フランジ(36)内に統合されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関。 - 前記冷却液集合管(20)が、少なくとも1つの第2の固定フランジ(38)を備え、これにより、前記冷却液集合管(20)が前記機械ハウジングに直接固定され、
前記冷却液集合管(20)の前記少なくとも1つの第1の冷却液流入開口部(28)が、前記少なくとも1つの第2の固定フランジ(38)内に統合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。 - 前記冷却液集合管(20)の前記冷却液流出開口部(34)が、車両ブレーキ装置(40)に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関にはまた、前記冷却液集合管(20)に直接固定されたEGRバルブ(24)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関にはまた、前記EGRクーラ(22)に直接固定されたEGRバルブ(24)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記冷却液集合管(20)がまた、前記内燃機関の前記冷却装置を換気するための換気装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
