Claims (6)
- 基体に凹部を形成して第1原版を作製する工程と、前記第1原版のパターンを転写して前記凹部に対応する凸部を有する第2原版を作製する工程と、前記第2原版の凸部に対して成型品のパターンに対応する微細構造パターンを形成するよう機械加工を施して金型を作製する工程と、を具備することを特徴とする金型の製造方法。
- 前記第2原版の機械加工では、テーパ加工及び/又は曲面加工を施して金型を作製することを特徴とする請求項1記載の金型の製造方法。
- 前記金型が有するパターンを転写して第3原版を作製する工程を具備し、この第3原版を金型又は金型の母型とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の金型の製造方法。
- 請求項1若しくは請求項2記載の金型又は請求項3記載の母型から得られた金型を用いて成型することを特徴とする成型品の製造方法。
- アスペクト比が1以上である部分を形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の成型品の製造方法。
- 微小流路、微小レンズアレイ、レンズ、フレネルレンズ、反射ミラー、及び光ファイバ用溝からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つを形成することを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の成型品の製造方法。
