Claims (2)
- バルブボディに形成されたポートに継手を接合する流体圧機器の製造方法において、
前記バルブボディの加熱温度が、前記継手の加熱温度よりも高い状態で、前記継手を押圧して前記ポート内に挿入する工程と、
前記バルブボディと前記継手とに温度差が生じるように加熱する工程と、
を有し、
前記継手と、前記バルブボディとを拡散接合することを特徴とする流体圧機器の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧機器の製造方法において、
前記継手の押圧方向の端部と前記ポートを形成するバルブボディの壁部との間に線材を配置し、前記継手によって、前記線材を押圧して拡散接合することを特徴とする流体圧機器の製造方法。
