Description
Claims (19)
- 特に圧力を伝達する装置のための、または特に自動車の冷却装置のための可撓性波形ホース組立体(1)であって、
軸方向に互いに離れて配置されたねじ状または環状のリブ(8)を有しかつ波形パイプ(6)を少なくとも1つの端部(24)を除いて取り囲む外装(11)中に封入されている前記波形パイプ(6)を有する可撓性波形ホース(2)と、
前記端部(24)を受け入れるための通路(19)を有するパイプ形状の第1要素(16)と前記外装(11)の部分(28)を受け入れるための開口部(22)を有するパイプ形状の第2要素(17)とを有するホルダ(3)と、
パイプ形状の前記第1要素(16)に流体密に接合された伝導手段(4)とを備え、
前記通路(19)は前記第1要素(16)の内壁(18)によって形成され、前記開口部(22)は前記第2要素(17)の壁(23)によって形成され、
少なくともパイプ形状の前記第1要素(16)は、その内壁(18)が前記波形パイプ(6)の少なくとも1つの前記リブ(8)に当接してシールを形成するように、半径方向に変形されることを特徴とする可撓性波形ホース組立体。 - 前記波形パイプ(6)は金属パイプであり、前記第1要素(16)は金属からなり、前記波形パイプ(6)と前記第1要素(16)との間に流体密な圧着部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- パイプ形状の前記第1要素(16)は、その内壁(18)が前記波形パイプ(6)のいくつかの前記リブ(8)に当接してシールを形成するように半径方向に変形され、前記第1要素(16)と前記波形パイプ(6)との間に流体密な圧着部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第1要素(16)は、塑性変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記塑性変形は、前記第1要素(16)の環状領域(21)において半径方向内向きに生じることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第1要素(16)は、収縮嵌めによって前記波形パイプ(6)に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第1要素(16)の前記内壁(18)は、前記波形パイプ(6)の前記リブ(8)と共に金属シールを構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第1要素(16)の前記内壁(18)は、前記波形パイプ(6)の前記リブ(8)に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記波形パイプ(6)は、前記第1要素(16)の内壁(18)に当接してシールを形成している前記端部(24)の2つのリブ(8)の間に、少なくとも1つのシール要素(24,25)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記伝導手段(4)は、剛性を有し、前記ホルダ(3)のパイプ形状の前記第1要素(16)内に差込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記波形パイプ(6)は、前記伝導手段(4)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記伝導手段(4)は、前記第1要素(16)および前記波形パイプ(6)にろう接されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第1要素(16)と前記第2要素(17)は、溶接またはろう接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第2要素(17)は、前記第1要素(16)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第2要素(17)は、前記外装(11)と噛み合いによって接合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第2要素(17)は、前記外装(11)と共に押圧されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記第2要素(17)は、その内面に起伏を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 前記波形パイプ(6)の内部に、ホース(32)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可撓性波形ホース組立体。
- 可撓性波形ホース(2)を他の伝導手段(4)に連結するための方法であって、
a.前記可撓性波形ホース(2)の、ホルダ(3)の第1要素(16)よりも長さが短い1つの端部(24)の外装(11)を取り除く工程と、
b.波形パイプ(6)の露出された前記端部(24)を清浄化する工程と、
c.前記可撓性波形ホース(2)の前記端部(24、28)に前記ホルダ(3)を装着する工程と、
d.前記ホルダ(3)の前記第1要素(16)に前記伝導手段(4)を挿入する工程と、
e.前記伝導手段(4)を前記第1要素(16)に接合する工程と、
f.前記ホルダ(3)を前記波形パイプ(6)および前記外装に固定してシールするために、前記ホルダ(3)を変形する工程と、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。
