Description
前記支持用突起同士を当接させることによって形成された空間のうち、前記他方の極性の単位電極が配設される空間の間隔の厚さが、前記他方の極性の単位電極の厚さよりも大である前記[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。
Claims (12)
- 極性の異なる二種類の板状の単位電極を複数備え、極性の異なる二種類の前記単位電極が間隔を隔てて階層的に積層されてなるとともに、互いに対向する前記単位電極相互間にプラズマを発生するための放電空間が形成されたプラズマ発生電極であって、
極性の異なる二種類の前記単位電極のうち、同一極性である一方の極性の単位電極が、導電性を有する板状の導電体と、前記導電体を覆うように配設されたセラミック誘電体とを有し、
前記一方の極性の単位電極の前記セラミック誘電体が、前記セラミック誘電体の少なくとも一方の表面の、前記放電空間が外部の空間と連通する方向に垂直な方向における少なくとも一方の端部に、互いに対向する前記単位電極相互間にプラズマを発生するための前記放電空間及び前記一方の極性の単位電極に対向する他方の極性の単位電極が配設される空間の少なくとも一部を形成し且つ前記一方の極性の単位電極を支持するための支持用突起を有し、前記セラミック誘電体と前記支持用突起とは一体となるように焼成されて形成されたものであるプラズマ発生電極。 - 極性の異なる二種類の前記単位電極が、それぞれ異なる材料から構成されたものである請求項1に記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 前記他方の極性の単位電極が、前記一方の極性の単位電極を構成する前記セラミック誘電体と熱膨張率及び/又はヤング率が異なる板状の部材から構成されたものである請求項1又は2に記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 前記他方の極性の単位電極が、導電性を有する金属又は合金の板状の部材から構成されたものである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 二つの前記一方の極性の単位電極のそれぞれに形成された前記支持用突起同士を当接させることにより、二つの前記一方の極性の単位電極同士が互いに支持されており、
前記支持用突起同士を当接させることによって形成された空間のうち、前記他方の極性の単位電極が配設される空間の間隔の厚さが、前記他方の極性の単位電極の厚さよりも大である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。 - 前記支持用突起の、前記放電空間を形成する表面から前記一の方向における前記端部の端面までの距離が、互いに対向する前記一方の極性の単位電極と前記他方の極性の単位電極との相互間の距離の5倍以上である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 前記一方の極性の単位電極を構成する前記セラミック誘電体が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化珪素、窒化珪素、窒化アルミニウム、ムライト、スピネル、コージェライト、マグネシウム−カルシウム−チタン系酸化物、バリウム−チタン−亜鉛系酸化物、及びバリウム−チタン系酸化物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の化合物を含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 前記一方の極性の単位電極を構成する前記セラミック誘電体が、板状のセラミック部材と、前記支持用突起となる突起部材とを積層して形成してものである請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 前記一方の極性の単位電極を構成する前記導電体が、タングステン、モリブデン、マンガン、クロム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ニッケル、鉄、銀、銅、白金、及びパラジウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の金属を含む請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のプラズマ発生電極と、ガスの流路となるガス流路を内部に有するケース体とを備え、前記ケース体の前記ガス流路にガスが導入されたときに、前記プラズマ発生電極で発生したプラズマにより前記ガスに含まれる成分を反応させることが可能なプラズマ反応器。
- 前記プラズマ発生電極に電圧を印加するための一つ以上のパルス電源をさらに備えた請求項10に記載のプラズマ反応器。
- 前記パルス電源が、その内部に少なくとも一つのSIサイリスタを有する請求項11に記載のプラズマ反応器。
