Description
ビニルピロリドン重合体水溶液(「ピッツコールK−30L」第一工業製薬(株)製、K値30、30%水溶液)1tをディスクアトマイザー(ベーン型(VN型)、直径15.5cm、ディスク周速4900m/分)に導入し、乾燥塔の高さ10m、乾燥塔の胴径6m、熱風の塔入熱温度200℃、熱風の塔排熱温度105℃、ビニルピロリドン重合体水溶液供給速度400L/分で、かつ表1に示す条件下で噴霧乾燥させた。得られた粉末状ビニルピロリドン重合体の安息角とタップ前後のかさ比重の比(粉体流動性)を以下の方法で評価した。結果を表1に併記する。なお乾燥塔内壁へ送風方向(角度α)は、図1に示した通りである。
安息角:粉末状ビニルピロリドン重合体250mlを用い、25℃、湿度50%において、三輪式円筒回転法安息角測定器(筒井理化学器械(株)製)により、粉末状ビニルピロリドン重合体を外気と接触させてから10分以内に測定した。測定値から次の基準で安息角を評価した;
○:30度未満、×:30度以上。

Claims (1)
- ビニルピロリドン重合体溶液を乾燥塔内でスプレー乾燥して粉末状ビニルピロリドン重合体を製造する方法であって、
前記乾燥塔は、円柱形、円錐形、又はこれらの組み合わせよりなり、
前記乾燥塔の内部には、この乾燥塔の内壁に沿って回転しつつ送風する内壁送風管が設けられ、
該内壁送風管は、乾燥塔内壁の円周方向に対して5〜175度の角度で送風するようになされ、
該内壁送風管を乾燥塔の内壁に沿って0.5r.p.m.以上の回転速度で回転させつつ、乾燥塔内壁に向けて送風することにより、ビニルピロリドン重合体粒子が前記乾燥塔内壁へ付着するのを防止する
ことを特徴とする粉末状ビニルピロリドン重合体の製造方法。
