Description
透明プラスチックフィルムとしてb*値が1.0の厚み188μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの一方の面に、下記処方の紫外線防止層用塗布液を塗布、乾燥し、高圧水銀灯で紫外線を照射して厚み4μmの紫外線防止層を形成し、実施例1の表面保護シートを作製した。
・電離放射線硬化型樹脂組成物(固形分100%) 15部
(ダイヤビームUR6530:三菱レイヨン社)
・紫外線吸収剤(式量315.8) 1.2部

実施例1の紫外線防止層用塗布液で、オルガノポリシロキサンを添加せず、電離放射線硬化型樹脂組成物の添加量を15.1部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、参考例2の表面保護シートを作製した。
実施例1の紫外線防止層用塗布液の球形微粒子を、平均粒子径4.5μmの球形微粒子(シリカ)(サイロスフェアC-1504:富士シリシア化学社)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、参考例1の表面保護シートを作製した。
参考例2の紫外線防止層用塗布液で、球形微粒子を添加しなかった以外は、参考例2と同様にして、比較例1の表面保護シートを作製した。
参考例2の紫外線防止層用塗布液の球形微粒子を、平均粒子径5.7μmの不定形微粒子(シリカ)(サイリシア256:富士シリシア化学社)に変更した以外は、参考例2と同様にして、比較例2の表面保護シートを作製した。
参考例2の紫外線防止層用塗布液の球形微粒子を、平均粒子径0.5μmの球形微粒子(シリカ)(アドマファインSO-E2:アドマテックス社)に変更した以外は、参考例2と同様にして、比較例3の表面保護シートを作製した。
実施例1〜2、参考例1〜2、および比較例1〜3で得られた表面保護シートを、JIS K5600−4−4:1999、JIS K5600−4−5:1999、JIS K5600−4−6:1999に基づき測色色差計(ZE2000:日本電色社)を用いて、b*値を測定した。
実施例1〜2、参考例1〜2、および比較例1〜3で得られた表面保護シートを、JIS K7136:2000に基づきヘーズメーター(NDH2000:日本電色社)を用いて、ヘーズを測定した。なお、測定は紫外線防止層を有する面から光を入射させた。
(イ)波長380nmの光線透過率
実施例1〜2、参考例1〜2、および比較例1〜3で得られた表面保護シートを、分光光度計(UV−3101PC:島津製作所社)を用いて、波長380nmの光線透過率を測定した。
プラスチックシートの一方の表面に紫外線硬化型インキ(FDOR:成東インキ社)を用いて画像を印刷した表示板を用意し、 実施例1〜2、参考例1〜2、および比較例1〜3で得られた表面保護シートの紫外線防止層を有していない方の面と、その表示板の印刷面とを接着剤を介して貼り合わせた。そして、200時間の照射が屋外における紫外線照射量1年分に相当する促進能を有する耐光性促進試験機(紫外線フェードメーターFAL-5:スガ試験機社)を用いて、表面保護シート側から、300時間の紫外線照射を行った後、表示板の印刷画像の変色・退色について目視評価し、殆ど変色・退色しなかったものを「○」、明らかに変色・退色したものを「×」とした。
Claims (1)
- プラスチックフィルムの少なくとも一方の面に紫外線防止層を有する表面保護シートであって、
前記紫外線防止層は、電離放射線硬化型樹脂組成物、式量200〜400のベンゾトリアゾール系の紫外線吸収剤、平均粒子径が1μm〜20μmの球形微粒子、およびオルガノポリシロキサンから形成されてなり、
前記微粒子は紫外線防止層において0.4重量%〜3重量%含有され、前記紫外線吸収剤は前記紫外線防止層のバインダー成分100重量部に対して1〜20重量部含有されてなり、前記紫外線防止層の厚みは、前記微粒子の平均粒子径に対し66.6%〜80%であり、前記オルガノポリシロキサンは前記紫外線防止層において0.01重量%〜1重量%含有されることを特徴とする表面保護シート。
