Description
本発明の別の態様によれば、当該装置は、流れ分配器の複数の流出口に材料を送りこむ単一の押出機を使用する。本発明のさらに別の態様によれば、当該装置は、複数の押出機を使用し、各押出機は流れ分配器から流出口の個々に材料を送り込む。

Claims (13)
- プラスチック・パイプを成形するのに使用される装置であって、プラスチック供給部と、ダイ工具の上流側の端部に接続された流れ分配器にパイプを製造するための溶融プラスチックを提供するプラスチック搬送部とを含み、
前記プラスチック供給部は前記ダイ工具から遠隔に配置され、
前記ダイ工具は、パイプが形成される下流の成形領域に溶融プラスチックを搬送するためのリング形状の断面を有し且つ前記ダイ工具の長手方向に延在する第1の細長い内部ダイ通路を有し、
前記第1の内部ダイ通路は、前記流れ分配器によって覆われるリング形状の開口を有し、
前記流れ分配器は、前記プラスチック搬送部に接続された第1の入口と前記第1の入口に接続された少なくとも2つのチャネルとを備える第1のプラスチック流路を有し、各チャネルは、前記第1の内部ダイ通路の前記リング形状の開口に溶融プラスチックを送り込む第1の出口ポートを有し、各第1の出口ポートが前記第1の内部ダイ通路の前記リング形状の開口に整合するように各チャネルは前記ダイ工具の長手方向と交差する方向に延在しており、
当該装置は、前記少なくとも2つのチャネルに関連する第1の調節手段を更に含み、
前記第1の調節手段は、前記第1の内部ダイ通路の前記リング形状の開口の周りに位置する前記第1の出口ポートを介しての溶融プラスチックの分配を手動で変化させて、前記下流の成形領域において前記細長いダイ通路からの前記溶融プラスチックの均等な分配をもたらし、
前記ダイ工具は、前記第1のダイ通路の前記開口の周りの外側に位置しかつ前記流れ分配器によって覆われるリング形状の開口を有し且つ前記ダイ工具の長手方向に延在する第2の細長いダイ通路を含み、
前記流れ分配器は、溶融プラスチックを受けるための前記プラスチック搬送部に接続された第2の入口と、前記第2の入口に接続された少なくとも2つのチャネルとを備える第2のプラスチック流路を有し、各チャネルは、前記第2の細長いダイ通路の前記リング形状の開口に溶融プラスチックを送り込む第2の出口ポートを有し、前記第2の出口ポートが前記第2の細長いダイ通路の前記リング形状の前記開口に整合するように各チャネルは前記ダイ工具の長手方向と交差する方向に延在しており、
当該装置は、前記第2のプラスチック流路の前記少なくとも2つのチャネルに関連する第2の調節手段をさらに含み、該第2の調節手段は、前記第2のダイ通路の前記開口の周りに位置する前記第2の出口ポートを介しての溶融プラスチックの分配を手動で変化させて、前記下流の成形領域において前記第2のダイ通路からの前記溶融プラスチックの均等な分配をもたらし、
前記流れ分配器が、前記ダイ工具の前記上流側の端部に取り付けられたプレートを含み、前記プレートは、前記第1のプラスチック流路を介して前記第1のダイ通路の前記開口に材料を送り込む第1プレート部と、第2のプラスチック流路を介して前記第2のダイ通路の前記開口に材料を送り込む第2プレート部とを含み、前記第1および第2の調節手段はそれぞれ独立して調節可能である、装置。 - 前記プラスチック供給部は単一の押出機を含み、前記プラスチック搬送部は、前記押出機から第1および第2の供給枝管への単一の導管を含み、前記第1の供給枝管は、前記第1のダイ通路の前記開口に通じている前記流れ分配器の前記第1のプラスチック流路に材料を送り込み、前記第2の供給枝管は、前記第2のダイ通路の前記開口に通じている前記流れ分配器の前記第2のプラスチック流路に材料を送り込む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プラスチック供給部は第1及び第2の押出機を含み、前記プラスチック搬送部は、前記第1の押出機から前記第1のダイ通路の前記開口に通じている前記流れ分配器の前記第1のプラスチック流路に接続される第1の導管と、前記第2の押出機から前記第2のダイ通路の前記開口に通じている前記流れ分配器の前記第2のプラスチック流路に通じている第2の導管とを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プラスチック供給部は第1および第2の押出機を含み、前記プラスチック搬送部は、前記第1の押出機からの第1の導管と、前記第2の押出機からの第2の導管と、前記第1のダイ通路の前記開口に通じている前記流れ分配器の前記第1のプラスチック流路に材料を送り込む第1の供給枝管と、前記第2のダイ通路の前記開口に通じている前記第2のプラスチック流路に材料を送り込む第2の供給枝管と、前記第1と第2の供給枝管の間の連結枝管とを含み、前記第1および第2の押出機からの前記第1および第2の導管両方が、前記プラスチック搬送部の前記連結枝管に材料を送り込み、前記プラスチック搬送部が、前記連結枝管に対する前記第1および第2の導管の開閉を選択するための流れ調節手段を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプラスチック流路及び前記第2のプラスチック流路のそれぞれが少なくとも4つのチャネルを有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の調節手段が各チャネルに関連する手動で調整可能なバルブを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプラスチック流路及び前記第2のプラスチック流路のそれぞれが少なくとも4つのチャネルを有している、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 各バルブが、前記の流れ分配器の露出した上流側の面において調整可能である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のプラスチック流路及び前記第2のプラスチック流路のそれぞれが少なくとも4つのチャネルを有している、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の調節手段および前記第2の調節手段の各々が、チャネルそれぞれに関連する手動で調整可能なバルブを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各バルブが、前記流れ分配器の露出した上流側の面で調整可能である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 各バルブは、調整可能なねじ式部材から成り、該ねじ式部材により、チャネルの部分的な遮りの調整を行うことができる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイ工具を、前記流れ分配器を取り除くことなしに、交換することができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
