Claims (14)
- 逆流防止装置(1)であって、ガスまたは液体導管(2)内に挿入可能であって、流出側で開放された中空体として形成された閉鎖体(3)を有しており、該閉鎖体(3)は、長手方向に延在する部分領域と、該部分領域の流出側端部に設けられたシールリップ(12)として形成された部分領域とを有しており、前記閉鎖体(3)と中央の閉鎖体対応部材(4)との間に貫流通路(5)が制限されており、閉鎖体(3)が、貫流方向(Pf1)で貫流通路(5)を貫流する流れ媒体によって、閉鎖体対応部材(4)に密着した閉鎖位置から、閉鎖体(3)の固有弾性及び/又は固有安定性の戻し力に抗して開放位置へと運動可能であって、閉鎖体(3)は、負荷されていない閉鎖位置で、長手方向に延在する部分領域が外周側に膨らむように湾曲した状態で、シールリップ(12)として形成された部分領域でのみ閉鎖体対応部材(4)の流出側の部分領域または端部領域(6)に当接しており、貫流方向(Pf1)に反して逆流する流体の負荷圧下では、閉鎖体(3)の長手方向の延在の前記部分領域で閉鎖体対応部材(4)に対して押し付け可能である形式のものにおいて、
逆流防止装置(1)の閉鎖体(3)が、ガスまたは液体導管(2)に不動に保持されており、閉鎖体(3)は、長手方向に延在する前記部分領域が、前記逆流する流体の負荷圧力において閉鎖体対応部材(4)に接触して、閉鎖体対応部材(4)と液体導管(2)との間に、逆流する流体を収容可能とする緩衝容積が形成されるように構成されていて、この緩衝容積により内圧上昇が緩衝されることを特徴とする逆流防止装置。 - シールリップ(12)が、閉鎖体対応部材(4)に接触している自由縁部領域に、該縁部領域の周囲の拡大に抗して作用する縁部補強部(13)を有している、請求項1記載の逆流防止装置。
- 縁部補強部(13)が、閉鎖体(3)の環状の横断面拡大部または横断面肉厚部として形成されている、請求項2記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体対応部材(4)が丸くされた端部領域(6)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体対応部材(4)が滴状に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 中央の閉鎖体対応部材(4)が流入プレート(7)に結合されていて、流入プレート(7)が、貫流通路(5)に開口する貫流開口(9)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 流入プレート(7)が貫流通路(5)の領域で、複数の貫流開口(9)を備えた網目または孔付きプレートとして形成されている、請求項6記載の逆流防止装置。
- 前記複数の貫流開口(9)がハニカム状である、請求項7記載の逆流防止装置。
- 流入プレート(7)と閉鎖体対応部材(4)とが互いに一体に結合されている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)が流入プレート(7)の外周面に保持されている、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)が、流入プレート(7)に保持された閉鎖体区分で、ガスまたは液体導管(2)の内周面に密着する、請求項10記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)の、ガスまたは液体導管(2)に密着する流入側の端縁部領域が、リング状の横断面肉厚部(10)として形成されている、請求項11記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)が横断面肉厚部(10)で、流入プレート(7)の外周面に設けられた保持溝(11)に保持されている、請求項12記載の逆流防止装置。
- 逆流防止装置(1)が主として2つの部分から形成されていて、一方では閉鎖体(3)を、他方では閉鎖体対応部材(4)と該閉鎖体対応部材に一体に結合された流入プレート(7)とを有している、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
