Description
酸化鉄(化学式:Fe2O3、純度:98%、平均粒径:0.3μm)、珪酸ナトリウム(化学式:Na2O・2SiO2)、デンプン変性品(ブリティッシュガム140、松谷化学社製)、キサンタンガム(ケルザン、ケルコ社製)、水を、それぞれ表1に示す割合において混合して、第一水溶液を得た。なお、表1において各成分は、第一水溶液全体を基準(100質量%)とした質量%により表されている。
表2に示す各成分を、表2に示す所定の割合にて含む第二水溶液を調整した。なお、表2において各成分は、第二水溶液全体を基準(100質量%)とした質量%により表されている。また、製造例(2−14)においては、市販品の水溶液(大明化学工業社製、タイパック(濃度:Al2O3として10〜11質量%))をそのまま用いた。
表3に示す各成分を、表3に示す所定の割合にて含む第一水溶液を調整した。ここで、酸化鉄、珪酸ナトリウム、デンプン変性品、キタンサンガムとしては、製造例(1−1)と同様のものを使用し、イソブチレンマレイン酸共重合物のアンモニウム塩としては重量平均分子量80,000〜90,000のイソブチレンマレイン酸共重合体をアンモニアで中和したものを使用し、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム塩としては、重量平均分子量が約500,000のものを使用し、カルボキシメチルセルロースとしては重量平均分子量が10,000〜15,000のナトリウム塩を使用した。なお、表1において各成分は、第一水溶液全体を基準(100質量%)とした質量%により表されている。また、比較製造例(1−4)においては、硼酸アンモニウムが室温にて析出したが、加熱により溶解した。
表4に示す各成分を、表4に示す所定の割合にて含む第二水溶液を調整した。なお、表4において各成分は、第二水溶液全体を基準(100質量%)とした質量%により表されている。なお、比較製造例(2−1)および比較製造例(2−2)において用いているカプロン酸およびオレイン酸は、全酸価が500mgKOH/g以下の有機酸である。
表5に示す第一水溶液および第二水溶液を組み合わせて、本発明の二液型熱間塑性加工用焼付防止剤として、硬化性の評価、耐焼付き性の評価を行った。評価結果を表5に示す。
表5に示す第一水溶液および第二水溶液を組み合わせて、あるいは、第一水溶液のみで(比較例10および比較例11)、または、第二水溶液のみで(比較例17)、熱間塑性加工用焼付防止剤として、硬化性の評価、耐焼付き性の評価を行った。評価結果を表5に示す。
(1)硬化性
硬化性は、次の手順により評価した。まず、第一水溶液を約60g/m2ガラス板に塗布し、この第一液を塗布したガラス板を、直ちに第二水溶液中に1秒間浸漬させた。その後、ガラス板を取り出し、取り出してから1秒後に、ガラス板の表面をウェスで拭き取った。得られたガラス板を以下の基準により評価した。
○:ガラス板上に形成された被膜が全て残存した。
△:ガラス板上に形成された被膜が半分以上残存した。
×:ガラス板上に形成された被膜が全て除去された。あるいは、被膜が形成されなかった。
耐焼付き性は、次の手順により評価した。試験形態を示した概略図面を図1に示す。まず、2相ステンレス鋼(25Cr−7Ni−3Mo鋼)部材1を、高周波コイル6によって1000℃に加熱し、合金鋳鉄系のロール材2を20rpmの回転速度にて回転させながら、ノズル3から第一水溶液、ノズル4から第二水溶液を(場合によっては、第一水溶液または第二水溶液のいずれか一方を)、ロール材の表面にスプレー塗布した。さらに、部材1によって、ロール材2の表面を摺動する直前に、ノズル5から水をロール材2の表面にふきかけた。部材1は、196Nにて、3秒間(ロール材2が一回転する間)ロール材2の表面に押し付けた。その後のロール材2の表面の様子を以下の基準により評価した。
○:ロール材2の表面を50倍に拡大して観察しても焼付きが認められなかった。
△:ロール材2の表面を肉眼で観察すると焼付きが認められなかったが、50倍に拡大して観察すると微小な焼付きが認められた。
×:ロール材2の表面を肉眼で観察することにより、焼付きが認められた。

Claims (6)
- 第一水溶液および第二水溶液からなる二液型熱間塑性加工用焼付防止剤であって、
前記第一水溶液が、前記第一水溶液全体の質量を100質量%として、珪酸ナトリウムを無水物換算で10〜30質量%含有し、
前記第二水溶液が、有機酸およびその水溶性アミン塩、無機酸およびその水溶性アミン塩、水溶性のアミン、水溶性のアルコール、ならびに水溶性の金属塩化物からなる群から選ばれる一種または二種以上を含有する、二液型熱間塑性加工用焼付防止剤。 - 前記第一水溶液が、前記第一水溶液全体の質量を100質量%として、珪酸ナトリウムを無水物換算で10〜30質量%、酸化鉄を10〜60質量%、澱粉変性品を0〜5質量%、およびせん断速度依存性粘度低下剤を0〜1質量%含有する、請求項1に記載の二液型熱間塑性加工用焼付防止剤。
- 前記せん断速度依存性粘度低下剤が、キタンサンガムである、請求項2に記載の二液型熱間塑性加工用焼付防止剤。
- ディスクロール型ガイドシューを備えた穿孔圧延機を用いて管材を穿孔圧延する継目無管の製造方法において、ディスクロール型ガイドシューの周面に、第一水溶液を塗布する第一工程、および、
ディスクロール型ガイドシューの周面に、第二水溶液を塗布して、前記周面に耐水性被膜を形成する第二工程を有し、
前記第一水溶液が、前記第一水溶液全体の質量を100質量%として、珪酸ナトリウムを無水物換算で10〜30質量%含有し、
前記第二水溶液が、有機酸およびその水溶性アミン塩、無機酸およびその水溶性アミン塩、水溶性のアミン、水溶性のアルコール、ならびに水溶性の金属塩化物からなる群から選ばれる一種または二種以上を含有することを特徴とする
継目無管の製造方法。 - 前記第一水溶液が、前記第一水溶液全体の質量を100質量%として、珪酸ナトリウムを無水物換算で10〜30質量%、酸化鉄を10〜60質量%、澱粉変性品を0〜5質量%、およびせん断速度依存性粘度低下剤を0〜1質量%を含有する、請求項4に記載の継目無管の製造方法。
- 前記せん断速度依存性粘度低下剤が、キタンサンガムである、請求項5に記載の継目無管の製造方法。
