Description
Claims (6)
- バルブ本体(8,30)と、電磁石(15)のアーマチュア(16)によって制御される開閉部材(45)とを具備する内燃エンジンの燃料インジェクタ(1)のための絞り式のサーボバルブであって、
このサーボバルブ(7)は、前記インジェクタ(1)のケーシング(2)の縦方向の軸(3)に沿うキャビティ(13)内に収容され、
また、前記電磁石(15)は、前記キャビティ(13)の前記軸に(3)に直交する極面(19)を有する磁気コア(18)を有し、前記コア(18)は、ねじ部材(40)によって前記キャビティ(13)内に固定され、
また、前記アーマチュア(16)は、1対の互いに対向した拘束部材(19,43)によって画定された所定の移動を果たすように設計され、また、前記ねじ部材(40)は、このねじ部材(40)の偶発的な緩みを防止するように、所定の締め付けトルクで前記ケーシング(2)のねじ(46)にねじ留めされ、
そして、調節シム(48,48’)が、前記磁気コア(18)と前記キャビティ(13)のショルダー(49)との間にセットされている、
下記の点を特徴とする絞り式のサーボバルブアセンブリー。
(a)前記コア(18)は、前記磁気コア(18)のための支持体(20)の底部端によって係合されるように取り付けられた環状ショルダー部(47)を備え、前記支持体(20)は、前記支持体(20)と前記磁気コア(18)を前記キャビティ(13)の前記ショルダー部(49)に対して固定するための前記ねじ部材(40)によって係合される他の環状ショルダー部(41)を備える。
(b)前記極面(19)は、前記互いに対向した拘束部材(19,43)の一方を形成している。
(c)前記調節シム(48,48’)は、 前記極面(19)と接触するようにセットされている。
(d)前記調節シム(48,48’)は、予めセットされる締め付けトルクによって生じる軸方向の負荷によって前記極面(19)のいかなる弾性変形も防止するために、前記磁気コア(18)よりもソフトな材料によって形成され、前記調節シム(48,48’)の材料は、前記軸方向負荷が前記調節シム(48,48’)の予定された弾性変形を生成する。 - 前記予めセットされる締め付けトルクは、ほぼ15Nmであり、前記トルクによる弾性変形は前記シム(48,48’)の高さのほぼ10μmの変化量であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサーボバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記調節シム(48,48’)は、有効な曲げ変形を受けるような断面を有するリングによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のサーボバルブアセンブリー。
- 前記リングは、L形状の断面(48)、C形状の断面(48’)、S形状の断面、Z形状の断面、並びにΣ形状の断面を有するグループから選択されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のサーボバルブアセンブリー。
- 硬質材料で形成され、モジュールディメンションを有する少なくとも1つの更なる調節シム(51)が、前記調節シム(48,48’)と前記ショルダー部(49)との間にさらにセットされていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のサーボバルブアセンブリー。
- 排出流路(26)と連通する制御チャンバ(23)を有している請求項1記載のサーボバルブアセンブリーにおいて、前記開閉部材(46)は、前記アーマチュア(16)に固定されたスリーブ(17)によって形成され、このスリーブ(17)は、前記排出流路(26)の少なくとも1つの径方向孔(36)を支持しているステム(33)の外側で摺動可能であり、前記径方向孔(36)は、前記電磁石(15)が消磁されたときに、前記スリーブ(17)によって閉成されるように設計されていることを特徴とするサーボバルブアセンブリー。
