Description
なお、シリンダ1が昇降する際、コイルスプリング4は、圧縮変形されることなく、ばね長を保持したままで、シリンダ1が昇降する。
また、歯車機構部Aに供給する動力源としては、電動モータ及び手動のいずれも含むものとする。
また、歯車の噛合によって、シリンダ1を昇降させる動力が確実に伝達されることになり、流体の供給を不要にできる。
また、通常時は、圧接手段47によって、ウォームギヤ40の一端部に設けられた凸部44が、支持部材481に圧接しているので、ウォームギヤ40は操作できない状態になっている。そして、車高を調整する際、ウォームギヤ40の一端部に設けられた接続部41aに、手動操作棒49を接続すると共に、ウォームギヤ40の一端部を手動操作棒49を介して圧接方向とは逆方向に押圧し、支持部材481から凸部44を離間させて、ウォームギヤ40を回動操作して車高を調整する。
Claims (5)
- シリンダ(1)、及び該シリンダ(1)に進退自在に設けられると共に、その先端部が車体(X)に連結される伸縮ロッド(2)を有するショックアブソーバ(S)と、シリンダ(1)の上端部に取り付けられたバネ受け台(3)に下端部が支持された状態で伸縮ロッド(2)に外挿されたコイルスプリング(4)とを備えた車高調整懸架装置において、
シリンダ(1)の全長の略中央に配置されて、動力源によって回動される歯車機構部(A)と、該歯車機構部(A)からの伝達動力をシリンダ(1)の昇降動力に変換する動力変換部(B)と、シリンダ(1)の下側に配置されて、シリンダ(1)の昇降をガイドするガイド部(C)とから構成される昇降機構部(D)を備え、
前記歯車機構部(A)は、動力源によって回動されるウォームギヤ(40)、及び該ウォームギヤ(40)に噛合すると共に、前記シリンダ(1)において、昇降ストロークを確保できる位置に外挿されるホイールギヤ(110)を備え、
前記ウォームギヤ(40)の一方の軸部(41)の一端部において、該一端部に対して直交方向に凸部(44)を設けると共に、手動操作棒(49)を接続するための接続部(41a)を設け、さらに、手の押圧によって離間できる程度に、該凸部(44)の端面を、軸部(41)を回動自在に支持する支持部材(481)の端面に圧接させる圧接手段(47)を設けることを特徴とする車高調整懸架装置。 - 前記動力変換部(B)は、ホイールギヤ(110)の内周面に固着される雌ねじ(15)と、前記シリンダ(1)の外周面に形成される、該雌ねじ(15)を螺合させるための雄ねじ部(5)とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車高調整懸架装置。
- 前記ガイド部(C)は、前記動力変換部(B)よりも下方に軸方向に沿って配置されるレール(26,26)と、前記シリンダ(1)の下端部に取り付けられると共に、該レール(26,26)に移動自在に設けられる移動体(6)とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車高調整懸架装置。
- 前記ウォームギヤ(40)が、ホイールギヤ(110)に対して軸方向に若干移動できる程度に噛合していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整懸架装置。
- 前記ウォームギヤ(40)の軸部(41)は、筒状の受け部材(45)を介して前記支持部材(481)に回動自在に支持されるとともに、前記軸部(41)の一端部に、該一端部に対して直交方向に係止片(43,43)が突設され、前記受け部材(45)の外周面に前記凸部(44)が形成されるとともに、前記受け部材(45)の内周面に、係止片(43,43)が挿入される溝(46,46)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車高調整懸架装置。
