Claims (6)
- 微細形状を有する型の温度を、常温での弾性率が1〜4(GPa)である素材のガラス転移点温度より高く設定するステップと、
前記型を少なくとも内部が固化されている前記素材に向かって10mm/s以上の速度で押圧することで、前記微細形状を前記素材に転写するステップと、
前記微細形状を有する型を前記素材から離型させるステップと、を有することを特徴とする成形方法。 - 前記型を前記素材に向かって押圧する前であって前記微細形状の型を前記素材のガラス転移点温度より高く設定するステップの前に、前記微細形状の型と、それに対向する型の間に前記素材を射出するステップと前記素材を冷却するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記素材は光学素子の素材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の成形方法。
- 前記微細形状は輪帯状の回折構造であり、前記回折構造の半径方向のピッチは10μm以下であり、前記回折構造の光軸方向断面における角部の曲率半径は1μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の成形方法。
- 前記微細形状は、アスペクト比が1以上であり、構造性複屈折を生じさせることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の成形方法。
- 前記微細形状は、アスペクト比が1以上であり、光の波長以下のサイズで周期構造を持ち反射防止機能を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の成形方法。
