Claims (3)
- 廃棄プラスチック混合物に酸化亜鉛を混合して200〜300℃の範囲で熱処理して熱分解をすることにより,このプラスチック混合物中に含まれる含塩素樹脂のみを選択的に脱塩素無害化することを繰り返すものであって、前記熱分解のあとで、前記廃棄プラスチック混合物を前記熱処理した熱処理混合物中の酸化亜鉛および生成物の1つである塩化亜鉛を酸性水溶液に溶解した後,pHを調節して沈殿として分離し,酸化亜鉛に再変換して,前記繰り返す際に,廃棄プラスチック混合物に混合する酸化亜鉛として,再使用することを特徴とする廃棄プラスチック混合物の無害化処理法。
- 前記廃棄プラスチック混合物が,ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン,ポリスチレン,若しくはポリエチレンテレフタレート,またはこれらの何れかの混合物と,ポリ塩化ビニル,ポリ塩化ビニリデンおよびこれらの共重合体から選ばれる含塩素樹脂とを,含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄プラスチック混合物の無害化処理法。
- 前記酸化亜鉛が、前記含塩素樹脂に含有される塩素の少なくとも当量であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄プラスチック混合物の無害化処理法。
