Description
Claims (15)
- 互いに対向して配置され、外周で互いに一体に接続した2つの膜を有する繊維複合材料からなる一体部品として形成された第1の補償要素と、
第2の補償要素と、
繊維複合材料から一体部品として形成され、前記第1の補償要素と前記第2の補償要素との間に挿入され、前記第1の補償要素と前記第2の補償要素を結合する中間チューブと、
を備え、
前記第1の補償要素は、前記中間チューブの方を向く側に、径方向内側に向けられた第1の接続フランジを形成しており、
前記第1の補償要素は、前記中間チューブから離れる方向に面する側に、径方向内側に向けられた第2の接続フランジを形成しており、当該径方向内側に向けられた第2の接続フランジは、前記径方向内側に向けられた第1の接続フランジよりも径方向内側に引き込まれており、
前記第2の補償要素は、前記中間チューブの方を向く側に、径方向内側に向けられた接続フランジを有しており、
前記中間チューブは、前記第1の補償要素の前記径方向内側に向けられた第1の接続フランジに対して取り外し可能に結合されており、前記第2の補償要素の前記径方向内側に向けられた接続フランジに対して取り外し可能に結合されている、ことを特徴とする膜補償継手。 - 前記中間チューブは、前記第1の補償要素の第1の接続フランジおよび前記第2の補償要素の接続フランジに接続するための径方向外側に向けられた接続フランジ(23,24)を端部に有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記中間チューブ(10)および前記第1の補償要素(4)の隣り合う接続フランジ(13,23)は、トルクを伝えるために、ホールアンカー接続部(22)によって接続され、前記ホールアンカー接続部は、いずれの場合にも、前記隣り合う接続フランジ(13,23)における対応する固定開口(41,42)内へ延びるスリーブ(40)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記中間チューブ(10)の取り付け位置において、前記第1の補償要素(4)は、径方向の移動によって前記中間チューブ(10)に対する接続位置へ至らせることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 繊維複合材料からなる前記中間チューブ(10)の外周上には、金属またはプラスチックのリングが固定状態で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記第1および第2の補償要素(4,7)の取り付け位置において、前記中間チューブ(10)は、第1および第2の補償要素(3,7)間に径方向で導入されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 互いに対向して配置される膜(5,6;8,9)が、これらの膜の外周で互いに一体に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 互いに対向して配置される膜(5,6;8,9)は、いずれの場合にも、これらの膜の主要な延在面内に1つ以上の曲率を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 互いに対向して配置される膜(5,6;8,9)は、非導電性の繊維要素の埋め込みにより互いに電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記第1の補償要素の前記第2の接続フランジは、複数の固定開口を有しており、
これらの固定開口には、前記第1の補償要素の前記第1の接続フランジの中心開口(20)を通じて近づくことができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。 - 前記補償要素のうちの一方(4;7)と前記中間チューブ(10)との間には磁石(26)が挿入され、前記磁石(26)が継手内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記第2の補償要素(7)は、互いに対向して配置された2つの膜(8,9)と径方向内側に向けられた接続フランジ(14,15)とを有する繊維複合材料からなる一体部品として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記補償要素(4,7)の一方または両方は、繊維複合材料からなる2つの環状膜(31,32)同士を互いに接合するエラストマー本体(33)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の膜補償継手。
- 前記スリーブ(40)は径方向カラー(43)を一端に形成しており、
前記ホールアンカー接続部は、
径方向カラー(45)を有する嵌合ホルダ(44)と、
前記スリーブ(40)を前記嵌合ホルダ(44)に対して軸方向でクランプするための保持ねじ(47)と、
を備え、
接続される前記フランジ(13,23)を前記2つのカラー(43,45)間で保持できる、請求項3に記載の膜補償継手。 - 1つ以上のスペーサリング(49)が前記スリーブ(40)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の膜補償継手。
