Claims (18)
- 서로 반대방향에 위치한 두 개의 멤브레인(5, 6)을 가진 섬유 복합재료로 된 제1 보상부(4), 및 제2 보상부(7)를 포함하고,중간튜브(10)가 상기 제1 보상부(4)와 상기 제2 보상부(7) 사이에 삽입되고, 상기 제1 보상부(4)와 상기 제2 보상부(7)를 서로 연결하며,상기 제1 보상부(4)는 상기 중간튜브(10) 방향에 방사상 내측으로 형성된 연결 플랜지(13)를 가지고,상기 제2 보상부(7)는 상기 중간튜브(10) 방향에 방사상 내측으로 형성된 연결 플랜지(14)를 가지며,상기 중간튜브(10)는 상기 제1 보상부(4) 및 제2 보상부(7)의 상기 연결 플랜지(13, 14)에 착탈식으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중간튜브(10)는 그 말단부에 상기 보상부들(4, 7)의 상기 연결 플랜지(13, 14)에 연결되도록 방사상으로 외부로 향하는 연결 플랜지들(23, 24)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간튜브(10)는 섬유 복합재료 성분으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레 인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간튜브(10)와 상기 제1 보상부(4)의 연결 플랜지들 (13, 23)은 토크를 전달하도록 홀 앵커 결합체(22)를 통해 연결되어 있고, 상기 홀 앵커 결합체는 상기 연결 플랜지들(13, 23) 상에 있는 고정 개구부들(41, 42) 속으로 뻗어 있는 슬리브(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,섬유 복합재료로 된 상기 중간튜브(10)의 외주면에 고정되는 금속 또는 플라스틱 재질의 링을 더 포함하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,서로 반대편에 위치한 상기 멤브레인들(5, 6)은 그 외주면에서 실린더형 연결부재(11, 12)에 의하여 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,서로 반대편에 위치한 상기 멤브레인들(5, 6)이 그들의 주된 연장면에 하나 이상의 굴곡을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,서로 반대편에 위치한 상기 멤브레인들(5, 6)이 비전도성 섬유 재료를 삽입하는 것에 의해 전기적으로 상호 절연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 보상부(4)는 상기 중간튜브(10)로부터 떨어진 쪽의 그 측면부 상에 방사상으로 내부로 향하며 다수의 고정 개구부를 가진 연결 플랜지(120)를 형성하고, 상기 고정 개구부들은 중심 개구부(20)를 통해 상기 중간튜브 측의 상기 반대편 연결 플랜지(13)에 접근 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,마그넷(26)을 가진 디스크(25)는 상기 제2 보상부(7)와 상기 중간튜브(10) 사이에 삽입되고, 상기 마그넷(26)이 상기 커플링 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 보상부(7)는 섬유 복합재료로 이루어지며 서로 반대편에 위치한 두 개의 멤브레인(8, 9)과 상기 멤브레인의 내주면에 형성되는 연결 플랜지들(14, 15)을 포함하는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 보상부(4)와 상기 제2 보상부(7) 중 어느 하나 이상은 섬유 복합재료로 된 두 개의 환상의 멤브레인들(31, 32)을 연결하는 탄성체(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 중간튜브(10)와 제1 보상부(4)의 연결 플랜지들 (13, 23)은 토크를 전달하도록 홀 앵커 결합체(22)를 통해 연결되어 있고,상기 홀 앵커 결합체는 상기 연결 플랜지들(13, 23)에 대응하는 개구부들(41, 42)을 통과하고, 일 말단부에 방사형 고리(collar)(43)를 형성하는 슬리브(40);방사형 고리(45)를 가진 메이팅 홀더(mating holder)(44); 및상기 슬리브(40)를 상기 메이팅 홀더(44)에 대향하여 축 방향으로 조이는 보강나사(retaining screw)(47)를 포함하고,상기 연결 플랜지들(13, 23)은 두 개의 방사형 고리들(43, 45) 사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멤브레인 보상 커플링.
