を含む、プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤の粒状製剤に関する。
成分(A)として、プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤95〜99.9重量%、及び
成分(B)として、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜5.0重量%のポリビニルピロリドン
を含む。
成分(A)として、プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤91.5〜99.8重量%、
成分(B)として、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜5.0重量%のポリビニルピロリドン、及び
成分(C)として、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜3.5重量%の粘度調整剤
を含む。
成分(A)として、プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤95〜99.9重量%、及び
成分(B)として、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜5.0重量%のラウリル硫酸ナトリウム
を含む。
成分(A)として、プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤91.5〜99.8重量%、
成分(B)として、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜5.0重量%のラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、及び
成分(C)として、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜3.5重量%の粘度調整剤
を含む。

攪拌器を備えた装置中、式(3)の着色剤295.5重量部を、水を使用して、ポリビニルピロリドンK17 4.4重量部及びメチルセルロース3.0重量部とでスラリーにし、激しく攪拌しながら均質に混合した。NH4OH溶液の添加によって均質なスラリーをpH値9超えに緩衝し、水の添加によって固形分を約25重量%に調節した。二分割ノズルを有するNIRO噴霧器を使用して、均質な懸濁液を、入口温度150℃及び出口温度105〜110℃で噴霧乾燥させた。粒径10〜200μm及び残留水分1重量%未満の粉立ちの少ないさらさらした着色剤粒体が得られた。
例1〜5に記載の手順と同様にして、式(5)〜(20)の着色剤を噴霧乾燥させて粒体及び微粒を形成した。
Claims (7)
- プラスチックに可溶性である着色剤の粒状製剤を製造する方法であって、着色剤の調製から得られるろ過ケークを水に懸濁させ、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜4.0重量%のポリビニルピロリドン、着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜3.5重量%の粘度調整剤及び適宜さらなる補助剤をそれに加え、次いで水性懸濁液を乾燥させて粒体を形成することを含む方法。
- 使用する粘度調整剤が、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース又はメチルセルロースである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 粒状化を噴霧乾燥によって実施する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- (A)プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤、
(B)着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜4.0重量%のポリビニルピロリドン、
(C)着色剤の重量に対して計算して0.1〜3.5重量%の粘度調整剤、及び
適宜、さらなる補助剤
を含む、請求項1記載の方法により得られる、プラスチックに可溶性の着色剤の粒状製剤。 - 請求項4記載の粒状製剤の使用を含む、着色されたプラスチック又は着色されたポリマー粒子を製造する方法。
- 着色されたプラスチック又は着色されたポリマー粒子の製造における、請求項4記載の粒状製剤の使用。
- 食品パッケージを着色するための請求項4記載の粒状製剤の使用。
