Description
図1は、本実施の形態におけるバッテリ装置の構造を示す平面図である。図1に示すように、バッテリ装置1は、複数の電池モジュール11を有している。図1に示すバッテリ装置1では、その主表面が相互に平行になるように2列に配列している。ここでは、電池モジュール11を2列に配列した例を示したが、1列であってもよいし、3列以上であってもよい。
次に実施の形態2について、図8および図9を参照して説明する。図8は、本実施の形態の電極の構造を示す分解斜視図であり、図9は、同電極の構造を示す縦断面図である。
次に実施の形態3について、図10を参照して説明する。図10は、本実施の形態の電極の構造を示す縦断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 電池モジュールをバスバーに接続するための電極であって、
基部と先端部とを有し、該基部が電池モジュール本体に固定され、該先端部が該電池モジュール本体から所定間隔を隔てて離隔し、バスバーに接続される金属端子と、
前記金属端子の先端部と前記電池モジュール本体との間に配置されるナットと、
該ナットに螺合すると共に、前記金属端子の先端部およびバスバーを貫通するねじ軸と、
前記金属端子の基部と電池モジュール本体との間に配置され、前記先端部の下方に延在する絶縁体と、
前記ナットの周囲に係合した係合部材とを備え、
前記係合部材は、前記金属端子の先端部と前記絶縁体との間にナットを挿入する方向に延びるキーまたは溝の一方を有し、
前記絶縁体は、前記係合部材のキーまたは溝と係合するキーまたは溝の他方を有し、
前記絶縁体と前記ナットに係合した前記係合部材とが前記キーおよび溝により係合することで、バスバー締結時に前記ナットの空転を防止する回り止め部を構成する、電極。 - 電池モジュールをバスバーに接続するための電極であって、
基部と先端部とを有し、該基部が電池モジュール本体に固定され、該先端部が該電池モジュール本体から所定間隔を隔てて離隔し、バスバーに接続される金属端子と、
前記金属端子の先端部と前記電池モジュール本体との間に配置されるナットと、
該ナットに螺合すると共に、前記金属端子の先端部およびバスバーを貫通するねじ軸と、
前記金属端子の基部と電池モジュール本体との間に配置され、前記先端部の下方に延在する絶縁体とを備え、
前記ナットは、前記金属端子の先端部と前記絶縁体との間にナットを挿入する方向に延びるキーまたは溝の一方を有し、
前記絶縁体は、前記ナットのキーまたは溝と係合するキーまたは溝の他方を有し、
前記絶縁体と前記ナットとが前記キーおよび溝により係合することで、バスバー締結時に前記ナットの空転を防止する回り止め部を構成する、電極。 - 前記絶縁体は、前記ナットの側方を覆うように立ち上がる壁部を有する、請求項1また
は2に記載の電極。 - 電池モジュールをバスバーに接続するための電極であって、
基部と先端部とを有し、該基部が電池モジュール本体に固定され、該先端部が該電池モジュール本体から所定間隔を隔てて離隔し、バスバーに接続される金属端子と、
前記金属端子の先端部と前記電池モジュール本体との間に配置されるナットと、
前記ナットに当接して、バスバー締結時に前記ナットの空転を防止する回り止め部と、
該ナットに螺合すると共に、前記金属端子の先端部およびバスバーを貫通するねじ軸と、
前記金属端子の基部と電池モジュール本体との間に配置され、前記先端部の下方に延在する絶縁体とを備え、
前記絶縁体は、前記ナットの側方を覆うように立ち上がる壁部を有する、電極。 - 前記ねじ軸は、ボルト頭とねじ軸とが一体に構成されたボルトで構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電極。
- 前記ねじ軸は、前記金属端子の先端部およびバスバーを貫通し前記ナットに螺合されたイモネジで構成され、
前記イモネジの先端部には、前記金属端子の先端部およびバスバーを緊結する固定ナットが螺合している、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電極。
