Description
少なくとも4種以上の着色顔料を含有し、そのうちの1種が絶縁性黒色インク全体の不揮発成分中30重量%以下の炭素質粉体からなり、残りの少なくとも3種以上がそれぞれ色調の異なる顔料からなる絶縁性黒色インクで遮光部が形成された構成である。
少なくとも4種以上の着色顔料を含有し、そのうちの1種が絶縁性黒色インク全体の不揮発成分中30重量%以下の炭素質粉体からなり、残りの少なくとも3種以上がそれぞれ色調の異なる顔料からなる絶縁性黒色インクで遮光部が形成された構成である。
樹脂成形品の表面に透光表示柄を形成する透光部と遮光部とが形成され、

Claims (7)
- 基体シート上に遮光部に囲まれた透光部が透光表示柄として形成され、
少なくとも4種以上の着色顔料を含有し、そのうちの1種が絶縁性黒色インク全体の不揮発成分中30重量%以下の炭素質粉体からなり、残りの少なくとも3種以上がそれぞれ色調の異なる顔料からなる絶縁性黒色インクで遮光部が形成されたことを特徴とする静電容量スイッチ操作パネル形成用の加飾シート。 - 遮光部がグラビア印刷による2層以上の絶縁性黒色インクの積層によって形成された請求項1に記載の加飾シート。
- 請求項1または2に記載の加飾シートを、透光部と遮光部とが形成されていない基体シートの面が金型キャビティに面するように金型内に配置し、金型内に成形樹脂を流し込み、冷却固化後に基体シートを剥離することを特徴とする静電容量スイッチ操作パネルの製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の加飾シートと樹脂成形品とを粘着剤で貼り合せて一体化することを特徴とする静電容量スイッチ操作パネルの製造方法。
- 樹脂成形品の表面に透光表示柄を形成する透光部と遮光部とが形成され、
少なくとも4種以上の着色顔料を含有し、そのうちの1種が絶縁性黒色インク全体の不揮発成分中30重量%以下の炭素質粉体からなり、残りの少なくとも3種以上がそれぞれ色調の異なる顔料からなる絶縁性黒色インクで遮光部が形成されたものである静電容量スイッチ操作パネル。 - 表面上に隣り合う2箇所のスイッチタッチ面の間のLCRメータによる直列等価抵抗値(ESR)が10MΩ以上である請求項5に記載の静電容量スイッチ操作パネル。
- 静電容量スイッチの検出部の上面に、
樹脂成形品の表面に透光表示柄を形成する透光部と遮光部とが形成され、
少なくとも4種以上の着色顔料を含有し、そのうちの1種が絶縁性黒色インク全体の不揮発成分中30重量%以下の炭素質粉体からなり、残りの少なくとも3種以上がそれぞれ色調の異なる顔料からなる絶縁性黒色インクで遮光部が形成されたものである静電容量スイッチ操作パネルを備えた電子機器。
