Claims (2)
- チタン酸バリウムを主成分とするセラミック誘電体層と内部電極とが交互に積層された積層体を備える積層型電子部品において前記内部電極の形成に用いられる導電ペーストであって、チタン酸バリウムを主成分とするセラミック粉体とBaCO3粉体とからなる共材と、Niを主成分とする平均粒径が0.6μm以下である導電粉末と、有機バインダーと、有機溶剤とを含み、前記共材の重量は前記導電粉末100重量部に対して5〜35重量部であり、前記BaCO3粉体は前記共材に対する重量の比率Bが0.1≦B≦0.2かつ前記BaCO3粉体は比表面積が5〜50m2/gであり平均粒径が前記導電粉末の平均粒径より小さい導電ペースト。
- チタン酸バリウムを主成分とするセラミック誘電体層と請求項1に記載の導電ペーストを用いて形成される内部電極とが交互に積層された積層体を備える積層型電子部品。
