Description
前記ボディの内部に変位自在に設けられ、前記ボディに形成された弁座に着座自在な弁体と、
前記弁体の変位動作に基づいて軸線方向に沿って変位し、該弁体の開閉量を外部から視認可能なインジケータ部と、
一端部が前記ボディの内部に回転自在に保持され且つ他端部が前記ボディから突出して露呈するとともに、前記インジケータ部を収容する軸部を有し、前記ボディから露呈した前記他端部に所定の回転力が付与されて回転する操作部と、
を備え、
前記軸部の外壁に前記弁体が螺合される第1螺合部が形成され、且つ前記軸部の内壁に前記インジケータ部が螺合される第2螺合部が形成され、
前記第2螺合部のねじピッチが、前記第1螺合部のねじピッチに対して大きく設定されることに基づき、前記操作部の回転作用下に前記弁体及び前記インジケータ部がそれぞれ軸線方向に沿って変位するとき、前記弁体に比して前記インジケータ部の変位量が大きく、
且つ前記インジケータ部に、該インジケータ部が前記操作部から突出する方向に変位したとき、該操作部の外部に露呈して前記弁体の開閉量に対応する前記操作部の回転数を外部から視認可能な目盛が設けられることを特徴とする。
を備え、
前記視認部に、前記操作部の回転数を外部から確認可能な目盛が設けられる。

Claims (2)
- 圧力流体が流通する通路を有するボディと、
前記ボディの内部に変位自在に設けられ、前記ボディに形成された弁座に着座自在な弁体と、
前記弁体の変位動作に基づいて軸線方向に沿って変位し、前記弁体が弁座に着座した弁閉時に前記操作部の内部に収容され、前記弁体が前記弁座から離間した弁開時に前記操作部の外部に露呈することにより前記弁体の開閉量を外部から視認可能なインジケータ部と、
一端部が前記ボディの内部に回転自在に保持され且つ他端部が前記ボディから突出して露呈するとともに、前記インジケータ部を収容する軸部を有し、前記ボディから露呈した前記他端部に所定の回転力が付与されて回転する操作部と、
前記インジケータ部の露呈した上端面に形成され、前記操作部の回転角度を外部から視認可能な複数の表示部と、
前記インジケータ部の外周面に設けられ、該インジケータ部が前記操作部から突出する方向に変位したとき、該操作部の外部に露呈して前記弁体の開閉量に対応する前記操作部の回転数を外部から視認可能な複数の目盛と、
前記インジケータ部の外周面において、前記表示部に対応した位置にそれぞれ形成され、該インジケータ部の軸線方向に沿って延在する複数の指示溝と、
を備え、
前記軸部の外壁に前記弁体が螺合される第1螺合部が形成され、且つ前記軸部の内壁に前記インジケータ部が螺合される第2螺合部が形成され、
前記第2螺合部のねじピッチが、前記第1螺合部のねじピッチに対して大きく設定されることに基づき、前記操作部の回転作用下に前記弁体及び前記インジケータ部がそれぞれ軸線方向に沿って変位するとき、前記弁体に比して前記インジケータ部の変位量が大きく、
且つ前記指示溝は、対応する前記表示部に応じてそれぞれ軸線方向に沿った長さが異なるように形成され、該指示溝の底部と前記操作部の端面とを一致した際、前記指示溝に対応した表示部の回転角度で前記操作部が回転していることを視認可能であることを特徴とする流量調整弁。 - 請求項1記載の流量調整弁において、
前記ボディには、該ボディに対する前記操作部の回転変位を規制するロック手段を有することを特徴とする流量調整弁。
