Abstract

PURPOSE: With an inner screw type valve element, to obtain capacity for omni- directional clear acknowledgement of a degree of valve opening condition by an installation of opening degree indication ring on upper portion of a valve shaft male screw to work cooperatively with a fixed set opening indication drum of a valve opening degree indicator.
CONSTITUTION: Rotation of valve bar 4 by operation of handle 5 drives vertically the valve element 6 set on male screw (a) under the valve bar 4 and drives also the opening indication ring 7 set in the upper male screw (b) both to clearly indicate the opening degree of the valve portion 6 by 1/3 to 1/10 reduction in scale under cooperative action of the opening degree indication scale 12 of the transparent opening indication drum 10 set fixed around the upper male screw (b) with the indication line 8 of the opening indication ring 7. In this case, because the opening indication drum 10 is fixed set at the place, it does not break at the operation of valve bar 4 nor does it prevent the valve closing action. Furthermore, it cooperates with the upper cover 14 of this indication drum to prevent dusts and foreign materials from getting into the male screw (b) to protect the latter.
