Claims (7)
- 回転子と連結されている回転軸を持つセンサレスモータと、
上死点及び下死点の間で圧縮行程及び吸入行程を遂行するピストンと、
前記回転軸と前記ピストンを連結するクランク部とを有する圧縮機の駆動方法において、
前記回転子を前記下死点に位置するように整列する初期整列段階と;
前記回転子を前記ピストンの吸入行程内の所定の起動位置に位置させる強制整列段階と;
強制整列された前記回転子の回転を加速させる段階とを含み、
前記上死点と前記下死点との間には複数の相励磁モードが存在し、
前記起動位置は前記上死点に隣接した前記相励磁モードであることを特徴とする圧縮機の駆動方法。 - 前記上死点と前記下死点との間には複数の相励磁モードが存在し、
前記強制整列段階は、前記回転子を前記下死点から前記上死点の方向に前記相励磁モードの間を移動させる相励磁段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機の駆動方法。 - 前記相励磁モードの間は、前記上死点と前記下死点との間を直径とする円における円弧に対する割合で10〜20%に相当することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機の駆動方法。
- 前記回転子の強制整列段階と前記加速段階との間には、
前記回転子が前記所定の起動位置に整列されたか否かを判断する検査段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機の駆動方法。 - 前記検査段階は、所定の指令値と前記センサレスモータからフィードバックされた電流値との差が所定の許容範囲を逸脱したか否かを判断することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機の駆動方法。
- 複数の前記相励磁段階の以後に、
前記回転子が、所定の前記相励磁モードに移動されたが否かを判断する検査段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機の駆動方法。 - 前記検査段階は、所定の指令値と前記センサレスモータからフィードバックされた電流値との差が、所定の許容範囲を逸脱したか否かを判断することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧縮機の駆動方法。
