Claims (16)
- 基礎基板と、シリコーン樹脂コーティングとを有する工業用織物であって、
前記シリコーン樹脂コーティングは、所望する、織物の空気透過性を保持させつつ当該織物のシート案内性とシート拘束能とを増加させるように、隆起表面又は分離した不連続な位置にのみ接着されていることを特徴とする前記工業用織物。 - 前記の隆起部は、当該織物に対して複数のナックル部表面を形成する、複数の横糸で編み込まれた複数の縦糸から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の織物。
- 前記シリコーンは、過酸化物硬化性シリコーン、白金硬化性シリコーン、室温加硫シリコーン、液体シリコーンゴム及び水性シリコーンを有する群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の織物。
- 当該織物に対する前記のコーティングの接着性を向上させるように、前記のシリコーン樹脂に少なくとも1つの接着剤が導入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の織物。
- 成形、プレス、乾燥、通風乾燥、コルゲーター織物又は人工織物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の織物。
- 前記基礎基板は、織物、スパイラル状の巻き付け物、編物、成型メッシュ、スパイラル状リンク、スパイラル状コイル及びその他の不織織物からなる群から採用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の織物。
- 抄紙機の乾燥部に使用する乾燥織物であって:
当該織物に対して複数のナックル部表面を形成する、複数の横糸で編み込まれた複数の縦糸;及び
所望する、織物の空気透過性を保持させつつ当該織物のシート案内性とシート拘束能を増加させるように、隆起表面又は分離した不連続な位置にのみ接着されているシリコーン樹脂コーティング;
を有することを特徴とする前記乾燥織物。 - 前記シリコーンは、過酸化物硬化性シリコーン、白金硬化性シリコーン、室温加硫シリコーン、液体シリコーンゴム及び水性シリコーンを有する群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の乾燥織物。
- 所望の、織物の空気透過性を保持しつつ、シリコーン樹脂でコートされていない織物に対して織物の摩擦特性と剥離特性とを向上させるように、織物の隆起部又は分離した不連続な位置上にシリコーン樹脂でコートされたことを特徴とする前記乾燥織物。
- 抄紙機の乾燥部に使用するスパイラルリンク構造の乾燥織物であって、所望の、織物の空気透過性を保持しつつ当該織物のシート拘束性とシート案内能とを増加させるように、当該織物のシート接触表面上の分離した不連続な位置にのみ結合されたシリコーン樹脂コーティングを有することを特徴とする前記乾燥織物。
- 波形紙ボードの製造に使用されるコルゲーター機上を移動するコルゲーターベルトであって、当該ベルトのシート拘束性とシート案内能とを増加させるように、当該ベルトの表面上の分離した不連続な位置にのみ結合されたシリコーン樹脂コーティングを有することを特徴とする前記コルゲーターベルト。
- 基礎基板とシリコーン樹脂コーティングとを有する工業用織物であって、前記のコーティングは、所望の織物の空気透過性を保持しつつ当該織物のシート案内能とシート拘束性とを増加させるように、隆起部又は分離した不連続な位置にのみ結合されていることを特徴とする前記工業用織物。
- 基礎基板とシリコーン樹脂コーティングとを有する工業用織物であって、前記のコーティングは、所望の、織物の空気透過性を保持しつつ当該織物のシート案内能とシート拘束性とを増加させるように、隆起部又は分離した不連続な位置にのみ結合され、
結合されたシリコーン樹脂の密度は、機械を横切る方向において、当該織物を横切って変化していることを特徴とする前記工業用織物。 - 前記シリコーン樹脂は、当該織物の少なくとも1つの端部に適用されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の織物。
- 前記シリコーン樹脂は、当該織物の2つの端部に適用されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の織物。
- 接着した前記シリコーン樹脂の密度は、当該織物の端部において、当該織物の中央部よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の織物。
