Claims (18)
- 抄紙機用布の形成方法であって、
所定の様式で複数の層を配置するステップであって、少なくとも1つの層は、織成され、編み込まれ、又は編成され、且つ第1の融点温度を有する材料を有し、且つ残りの層のそれぞれは、前記第1の融点温度よりも高い融点温度を有する、ステップと、
前記の複数の層を、前記少なくとも1つの層が溶融し前記残りの層が溶融しないように、前記第1の溶融点温度と少なくとも同一で且つ前記残りの層のそれぞれの前記溶融点温度未満の温度に、加熱するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 第1層は、キャリア層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2層は、繊維バットを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維バットは、前記キャリア層にニードリングされ、該キャリア層を介して少なくとも部分的に延びていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア層は、織成され、不織状態であり、編み込まれ、編成され、スパイラルリンクされ、又は螺旋巻きされたストリップの材料であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記材料は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン及びポリオレフィンからなる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抄紙機用布は、プレス用布であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抄紙機用布は、トランスファーベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層は、無端織成、平織り、又は螺旋巻きストリップの材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの層は、織成され、編み込まれ、又は編成され、且つ第1の融点温度を有する材料を有し、且つ残りの層のそれぞれは、前記第1の融点温度よりも高い融点温度を有する、複数の層を所定の様式で有する抄紙機用布であって、
前記少なくとも1つの層は、前記少なくとも1つの層が溶融し前記残りの層が溶融しないように、前記第1の溶融点温度と少なくとも同一で且つ前記残りの層のそれぞれの前記溶融点温度未満の温度に加熱された際、溶融されることを特徴とする抄紙機用布。 - 第1層は、キャリア層を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 第2層は、繊維バットを有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 前記繊維バットは、前記キャリア層にニードリングされ、該キャリア層を介して少なくとも部分的に延びていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 前記キャリア層は、織成され、不織状態であり、編み込まれ、編成され、スパイラルリンクされ、又は螺旋巻きされたストリップの材料であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 前記材料は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン及びポリオレフィンからなる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 前記抄紙機用布は、プレス用布であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 前記抄紙機用布は、トランスファーベルトであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の抄紙機用布。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層は、無端織成、平織り、又は螺旋巻きストリップの材料であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の抄紙機用布。
