Claims (18)
- 工業用織構造を形成するための方法であり、
決められた幅を有する組織を形成するために機械方向(MD)の糸を螺旋状に曲げる工程と、
前記MD糸の組織に複数の横方向(CD)の要素を沈積させる工程であって、前記MD糸の組織上に前記CD要素が、融解された状態で沈積されながら形成される工程と、
少なくとも部分的に前記MD糸を封じ込めるように前記CD要素を硬化させる工程とを有することを特徴とする前記の方法。 - CD要素は、MD糸の位置を固定し、その構造を安定させるために、MD糸を結合することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- MD糸は、MD糸の長手に沿って、CD要素によって断続的に覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- CD要素は、前記MD糸の組織の全幅に渡ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- CD要素は、前記MD糸の組織の全幅以下の長さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成される織構造は、形成布、乾燥布、TAD布、パルプ形成布、スレッジフィルタ布、化学洗浄布又は工業用布であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- MD糸と結合するCD要素の組織を得るために、前記CD要素は、重合体樹脂を直角に前記MD糸の組織の片面又は両面に沈積させることによって、前記MD糸の組織上に作り上げられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- MD糸の組織上に作り上げられたパターンは、前記重合体の前記沈積を制御することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記沈積の速度は、前記MD糸の組織に適用される重合体の量を調節するように制御されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 重合体は、1つ又はそれ以上の供給機によって供給されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 重合体は、MD糸の組織の間を結合させ、続いて接着するために、MD糸の組織の両面に供給されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 沈積した重合体は、紫外線光又は熱によって硬化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 沈積した重合体は、CD要素の硬い組織を得るために続いて硬化されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 沈積した重合体は、融解した重合体であり、及びCD要素の硬い組織を得るために続いて冷却されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 融解した重合体は、原材料として使用されるモノフィラメントを溶かすことによって得られることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記CD要素がCDモノフィラメントであり、
前記CDモノフィラメントは、その機能的強さを維持している間においては、接着性を有することが可能な重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記重合体は、MXD6及びポリ−m−キシリレンアジパミドのいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項7乃至16に記載の方法。
- 形成される織構造は、機械繋ぎ合わせ型又はエンドレス型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
