Claims (19)
- 第1折り目及び第2折り目に沿って、第1層及び第2層に平坦化された螺旋巻きで形成された無端ループの形態の多軸層基礎布を有する多軸布であって、
前記基礎布は、第1の布ストリップを有し、
前記の第1の布ストリップは、ひとつのペアの隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うCDヤーンの距離と異なるように、機械方向(MD)のヤーン及び機械を横切る方向(CD)ヤーンから織成されることを特徴とする多軸布。 - 機械上で継ぎ合せ可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多軸布。
- 前記第1層及び第2層の一方又は両方のCDヤーンの間の距離は、異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多軸布。
- 抄紙機用のプレス布であり、
ニードリングされた繊維バットの1つ以上の層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多軸布。 - 前記の第1の布ストリップは、ひとつのペアの隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離と異なるように、MDヤーンから織成され、前記MDヤーンは、リード表面の不均一な空間、多重な寸法のMDストランド及びヤーンの不均一なリード表面の挿入の少なくともひとつにより、異なる距離を作製するように、織り交ぜられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多軸布。
- 前記CDヤーンは、長さの因子の織成のプログラム化されたサーボ制御、不均一なグループ化を形成する選択的なパターン、又はランダムに若しくはランダムではなく挿入された解決するヤーンのいずれかにより、異なる距離を作製するように、織り交ぜられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多軸布。
- 抄紙機に使用する多軸布を形成する方法であって、当該方法は:
第1の布ストリップから基礎布を形成するステップであって、このストリップは、ひとつのペアの隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うCDヤーンの距離と異なるように、機械方向(MD)のヤーン及び機械を横切る方向(CD)ヤーンから織成される、ステップと;
前記基礎布を螺旋巻きで形成された無端ループに形成するステップと;
前記基礎布を、第1折り目及び第2折り目に沿って第1層及び第2層に平坦化するステップと;
前記第1層及び第2層を、前記第1折り目及び第2折り目に沿って継ぎ合わせるステップと;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記の第1の布ストリップは、ひとつのペアの隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離と異なるように、MDヤーンから織成され、前記の隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離は、リード表面の不均一な空間、多重な寸法のMDストランド及びヤーンの不均一なリード表面の挿入の少なくともひとつにより、異なる距離を作製するように、織り交ぜられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 異なる距離を作製するように織り交ぜられる前記の隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離は、長さの因子の織成のプログラム化されたサーボ制御、不均一なグループ化を形成する選択的なパターン、又はランダムに挿入された解決するヤーンのいずれかにより、形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 抄紙機に使用する多層多軸布であって、
複数の織り交ぜられたMDヤーン及びCDヤーンを有し、ひとつのペアの隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うCDヤーンの距離と異なるように、隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離を有する第1織成層と;
複数の織り交ぜられたMDヤーン及びCDヤーンを有し、ひとつのペアの隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うCDヤーンの距離と異なるように、隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離を有する第2織成層と;
を有することを特徴とする多層多軸布。 - 前記第1織成層及び第2織成層は、無端ループを形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多層多軸布。
- 前記第1層及び第2層の一方又は両方のCDヤーンの間の距離は、異なることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多層多軸布。
- 機械上で継ぎ合せ可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多層多軸布。
- 抄紙機用のプレス布であり、

- 抄紙機に使用する多軸布を形成する方法であって:
複数の織り交ぜられた機械方向(MD)のヤーン及び機械を横切る方向(CD)のヤーンを有する第1織成層であって、ひとつのペアの隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うCDヤーンの距離と異なるように、隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離を有する第1織成層を形成するステップと;
複数の織り交ぜられたMDヤーン及びCDヤーンを有する第2織成層であって、ひとつのペアの隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うCDヤーンの距離と異なるように、隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離を有する第2織成層を形成するステップと;
前記第1織成層及び第2織成層をニードリングにより共に接合するステップと;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記の第1の布ストリップは、ひとつのペアの隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離が、他のペアの隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離と異なるように、MDヤーンから織成され、前記第1織成層及び第2織成層の少なくとも一方における隣り合うMDヤーン間の距離は、リード表面の不均一な空間、多重な寸法のMDストランド及びヤーンの不均一なリード表面の挿入の少なくともひとつにより、異なる距離を作製するように、織り交ぜられることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1織成層及び第2織成層の少なくとも一方において異なる距離を作製するように織り交ぜられた隣り合うCDヤーン間の距離は、長さの因子の織成のプログラム化されたサーボ制御、不均一なグループ化を形成する選択的なパターン、又はランダムに挿入された解決するヤーンのいずれかにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
