Description
50mm幅のシートダイを設置した押出機(スクリュー径19mm)を用いた。
実施例1、比較例1:240℃
実施例2〜4、比較例2:200℃、280℃
JIS−K7210により、220℃・10kg荷重(ポリエチレン系樹脂以外)又は190℃・2.16kg荷重(ポリエチレン系樹脂)で測定した。
[実施例1(参考例)]
MFRが2g/10分のAS樹脂(樹脂A)のペレット90重量%、MFRが300g/10分の低分子量ポリスチレン(樹脂B)に重炭酸ナトリウム(無機発泡剤)5重量%を2軸押出機で練り込んだペレット10重量%を混合して成形機用洗浄剤を得た。
樹脂BとしてMFRが40g/10分のポリスチレンを用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして成形機用洗浄剤を得た。この場合、重炭酸ナトリウムを練り込んだペレットが発泡気味の状態を呈していた。
ABS樹脂の黒色着色成形材料を押出成形機でシート成形後、押出操作により排出して成形機内を空にした。
[実施例2]
MFRが0.3g/10分の低密度ポリエチレン(樹脂A)のペレット90重量%、MFRが20g/10分のポリプロピレンワックス(MFR向上剤)を含有する低密度ポリエチレン(樹脂B)に重炭酸ナトリウム(無機発泡剤)5重量%を2軸押出機で練り込んだペレット10重量%を混合して成形機用洗浄剤を得た。
樹脂組成物として、MFRが20g/10分のポリプロピレンワックス(MFR向上剤)を含有する低密度ポリエチレンに重炭酸ナトリウム(無機発泡剤)5重量%及び炭酸カルシウム(無機充填材)5重量%を2軸押出機で練り込んだペレットを用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして成形機用洗浄剤を得た。
樹脂BとしてMFRが30g/10分のポリプロピレンワックス(MFR向上剤)及び流動パラフィン(MFR向上剤)を含有した低密度ポリエチレンを用いた以外は実施例2と同様にして成形機用洗浄剤を得た。
樹脂BとしてMFRが5g/10分の低密度ポリエチレンを用いた以外は実施例2と同様にして成形機用洗浄剤を得た。この場合、重炭酸ナトリウムを練り込んだペレットが若干発泡気味の状態を呈していた。
低密度ポリエチレン樹脂の黒色着色成形材料を押出成形機でシート成形後、押出操作により排出して成形機内を空にした。
Claims (7)
- 低密度ポリエチレンである熱可塑性樹脂Aのペレット85重量%以上95重量%未満と、無機発泡剤3〜15重量%と熱可塑性樹脂Bを含有する樹脂組成物のペレット5重量%を超えて15重量%以下との混合物からなる成形機用洗浄剤であって、前記熱可塑性樹脂Bと前記熱可塑性樹脂Aのメルトフローレイトの比(B/A)が50以上であることを特徴とする成形機用洗浄剤。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂Bが、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、スチレン系樹脂及びアクリル系樹脂から選ばれた少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形機用洗浄剤。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂Bが、ポリスチレン又はスチレン・アクリロニトリル共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の成形機用洗浄剤。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂Bが、ポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の成形機用洗浄剤。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂Bがメルトフローレイト向上剤を含有し、該メルトフローレイト向上剤が、可塑剤、滑剤、流動性向上剤から選ばれた一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の成形機用洗浄剤。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂Aのメルトフローレイトが、0.05〜30g/10分(190℃・2.16kg)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の成形機用洗浄剤。
- 更に無機充填材を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の成形機用洗浄剤。
