Description
Claims (8)
- ガスタービンのガスタービン部品を肉盛り溶接する方法において、
ガスタービン部品の肉盛り溶接に先立って加熱を行うためのエネルギ源として少なくとも1台の第1レーザ装置を用いて、第1レーザ装置からのレーザビームをガスタービン部品に対して照射して、予熱を行い、
前記予熱後に、別の第2レーザ装置を用いてレーザビーム肉盛り溶接による加工を施すことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記部品の少なくとも一側面へ前記第1レーザ装置によりレーザビームを照射することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記部品の両側面へ2方向の照射方向からレーザビームを照射し、その際にそれら照射方向の各々ごとに個別の第1レーザ装置を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記部品の全側面へ複数方向の照射方向からレーザビームを照射し、その際にそれら照射方向の各々ごとに個別の第1レーザ装置を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 加熱しようとする前記部品の表面へ照射する第1レーザ装置からのレーザビームの入射角を、照射対象の表面の形状に適合した角度にすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 前記部品の加熱時の温度を測定し、その測定温度に基づいて、所望の目標温度が得られるように前記第1レーザ装置の出力を調節する加熱制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 前記部品の加熱と、前記部品の加熱時の温度の測定とを、非接触方式で行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記第1レーザ装置として、1台または複数台のダイオードレーザを用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の方法。
