Description
本発明に係るマルチ形空気調和装置は、室外ユニット1と、複数の室内ユニット2とが、各室内ユニット2の運転を冷房または暖房に切換えるための切換ユニット4を介して液管3a、吹出ガス管3bおよび吸込ガス管3cからなる主配管3で接続されて構成される。
室内ユニット2a、2b、2c、2dの全てが暖房を行うとき、本マルチ形空気調和装置は全暖房運転を行う。この運転では、第1室外熱交換器9aを蒸発器として利用し、各室内熱交換器16を凝縮器として利用する。
室内ユニット2の全てが冷房を行うとき、本マルチ形空気調和装置は全冷房運転を行う。この運転では、第1室外熱交換器9aを凝縮器として利用し、各室内熱交換器16を蒸発器として利用する。
室内側が要求する暖房要求能力の合計が冷房要求能力の合計よりも大きいとき、本マルチ形空気調和装置は、暖房主体の冷暖房同時運転を行う。例えば、室内ユニット2a、2b、2cが暖房、室内ユニット2dが冷房とすると、第1の室外熱交換器9aと冷房を行う室内ユニットの室内熱交換器16を蒸発器として利用し、暖房を行う室内ユニットの各室内熱交換器16を凝縮器として利用する。
室内側が要求する冷房要求能力の合計が暖房要求能力の合計よりも大きいとき、本マルチ形空気調和装置は、冷房主体の冷暖房同時運転を行う。例えば、室内ユニット2a、2b、2cが冷房、室内ユニット2dが暖房とすると、第2の室外熱交換器8bと暖房を行う室内ユニットの室内熱交換器16を凝縮器として利用し、冷房を行う室内ユニットの各室内熱交換器16を蒸発器として利用する。
Claims (2)
- 室外制御装置を備えた室外ユニットと、
室内制御装置を備えた複数の室内ユニットと、
前記複数台の室内ユニットの運転を切り換える切り換えユニットと、
前記切り換えユニットを介して前記室外ユニットと前記複数の室内ユニットを接続する、液管と、吐出ガス管と、吸込ガス管とからなる主配管を有し、
前記全ての室内ユニットが冷房を行う全冷房運転と、全ての室内ユニットが暖房を行う全暖房運転と、各室内ユニットで冷房と暖房の同時運転を行う冷暖房同時運転を行うようにしたマルチ形空気調和装置であって、
前記室外ユニットは、冷房運転のときに凝縮器となり、暖房運転のときに蒸発器となる第1の室外熱交換器と、前記冷暖房同時運転時に凝縮器となる第2の室外熱交換器とからなる室外熱交換器とを備え、前記第2の室外熱交換器を前記第1の室外熱交換器の空気流通方向の上流側に設け、
前記室外ユニットは上方向に吹出す室外送風機を備えるとともに、前記室外送風機は前記第1の室外熱交換器の上方に配置され、前記第2の室外熱交換器は前記第1の室外熱交換器の下方に設けたことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記第2の室外熱交換器の容量は前記第1の室外熱交換器の容量に対して15%−30%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
