Description
これによれば、昇降ヨーク11およびバックアップロール8の昇降位置の特定に基き、そのバックアップロール8で、プロファイルロール2の、駆動ロール3からの離隔限界位置を特定することにより、バックアップロール8を、両ロール2、3間のギャップ調整ロールとしても機能させることができる。
従って、従来技術に比して、交換装置のコストを低減できるのみならず、作業能率を大きく向上させることも可能となる。
図中23、24はそれぞれ、プロファイルロール2用の各軸箱4に設けた車輪および、それぞれの柱状部材7に水平に掛け渡されて車輪23と掛合するレールを示し、ここでの、それぞれのバックアップロール8の作用に基く、プロファイルロール2と駆動ロール3との間のギャップの調整は、上記の車輪23とレール24との掛合位置を限界として、車輪23の、レール24からの浮き上がり姿勢の下にて行われることになる。

Claims (1)
- 複数のバックアップロールのそれぞれに配設された各圧下装置によって、バックアップロールに支持された小径のプロファイルロールと、該プロファイルロールより大径の駆動ロールとの間の各離隔量を調整し、押出機から押し出されたゴムを、シーティングロールに通過させた後に、プロファイルロールと駆動ロールとの間へ供給して、ゴムシートにプロファイルロールの凹凸輪郭を転写するプロファイル付きゴムシートの製造方法。
