Description
固有粘度=[η]=0.25(ηr -1+3lnηr)/c
(c=0.5〜0.65g/dlの範囲について有効)
色パラメータは、HunterLab ColorFlexモデル番号45/0、シリアル番号CX0969により測定した。非晶質チップは、研削も結晶化もせずに、透明な状態で用いた。一般に、測定された変化は、目にも見えた。SSP後のL*値は、ポリマーの球状結晶化により生じた白化のために高い。
Claims (13)
- テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸およびエチレングリコールからポリエチレンテレフタレートコポリエステルを製造する方法であって、
a)触媒化合物として亜鉛化合物のみを含み、亜鉛元素の含有量が前記コポリエステルに基づいて50から500ppmの範囲にあるように存在する亜鉛化合物を含む触媒組成物を調製し、
b)前記触媒組成物、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸およびエチレングリコールを容器内に入れ、
c)前記触媒組成物の存在下、エステル化工程および重縮合工程において、前記テレフタル酸、前記イソフタル酸および前記エチレングリコールを反応させて、ポリエチレンテレフタレートコポリエステルを得る、各工程を含み、
前記イソフタル酸が、前記コポリエステルの質量に基づいて、0.5から5質量%の量で存在することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記重縮合工程後に、前記容器から前記コポリエステルを、繊維、フィラメント、フイルムまたはチップのためのストランドに直接押し出す工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記エステル化工程を230から260℃の温度で行い、前記重縮合工程を270から290℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記コポリエステルの固有粘度が0.55から0.66dl/gに到達するまで、前記重縮合工程を、高真空下において溶融相中のバッチプロセスで行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エステル化工程および前記重縮合工程を、連続した一連の反応器を用いて連続プロセスで行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重合の終わりであって、繊維、フィラメントまたはフイルムへの押出しの前に、溶融物の固有粘度安定剤としてリン化合物を加えることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記リン化合物が、リン酸、ポリリン酸、有機リン化合物、または第4ホスホニウム化合物、もしくはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記リン化合物を、15から150ppmのリン含有量で、前記重縮合工程の終わりに加えることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 前記重縮合工程を、高真空下での溶融相重縮合工程、続いて、真空下または不活性ガス流下での固体状態重縮合工程を用いる、分割操作で行うことを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記固体状態重縮合工程をバッチ操作または連続操作で行うことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一種類の色補正剤を前記容器に加えることを特徴とする請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記触媒組成物を、前記エステル化工程の前または間に前記容器に入れることを特徴とする請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記亜鉛化合物が、酢酸亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、過酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛、炭酸亜鉛、水酸化亜鉛、ハロゲン化亜鉛、亜鉛金属およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の方法。
